「難しくなると思っていた」ブラジル代表MFパケタが日本代表戦を振り返る「なんとか勝利できた」

ブラジル代表のMFルーカス・パケタ(リヨン)が、日本代表戦を振り返った。ブラジル『UOL』が伝えた。

6日、ブラジルはキリンチャレンジカップ2022で日本と対戦。大雨の中での一戦となった。

これまで1度も日本に負けたことがないブラジル。優勝した日韓ワールドカップ以来20年ぶりに日本で試合を行った中、開始早々にネイマールのヒールパスからルーカス・パケタがフリーでシュートを放つも、ポストに嫌われてしまう。

決定機をいきなり迎えたが、それを活かせないと日本がしっかりと守備を固めて対応。ブラジルは攻めあぐねる時間が増えていく。

ゴールレスで試合は推移していくが、後半にPKを獲得。ネイマールがしっかりと決め、この1点を守り切り勝利を収めた。

ボックス内で何度かボールに絡みネイマールとも良いコンビを見せていたパケタは、試合を振り返り難しかったと語った。

「難しい試合だった。日本がとても寄せてくるということはわかっていたから、これほどまでに難しくなると思っていた」

「ただ、僕たちは辛抱強くゴールを目指した。チャンスを作り、ネイマールのPKでなんとか勝利することができた」

パケタはネイマールと並んで前線でプレーしながらも、互いに中盤に降りて攻撃を組み立てる役割も担っていた。

「信じられない」「本当に上手い」ブラジルの英雄ロマーリオ、引退後も衰え知らずの鮮やかゴールにファンも驚愕「輝きは色褪せない」
