「エース営業マンの風格」「スーツ姿カッコ良すぎる」谷口彰悟のスーツ姿をファン絶賛!日本代表選手が新幹線で新潟へ移動「いつでもスタイリッシュ」

──10月下旬にメンバー発表をしたが、辞表を受理したのはいつか。一言で言えばセクハラだったと言う認識か須原清貴専務理事「辞任届が届いたのは10月31日です。2つ目の質問については、不適切な行為であり、セクハラかどうかということにつきましては、弁護士からの見解を頂いておりますが、完全に断じることはできないと。ただ、不適切な行為でありました」 ──楠瀬監督はどういうふうに説明をしたか。また、不適切な行為をした際に飲酒をしていたか須原清貴専務理事「起きた事案につきましては、楠瀬監督が理解をしている、覚えている範囲でその範囲の中で説明して頂いています。飲酒をしていたかどうかについては、今回の職員を特定することになりかねませんので、控えさせて頂きます」 ──昨年9月にハグをしたとあったが、楠瀬監督からの説明ではどういった理由でハグをしたのか須原清貴専務理事「理由等々につきましては、職員の特定につながる可能性がありますので、差し控えさせて下さい」 ──昨年6月と今年9月とあったが、その間に何回かあったのか、それともその2回なのか須原清貴専務理事「私共が認識しているのはこの2回です」 ──被害に遭われたのは女性か。また、解任ではなく辞任の理由は須原清貴専務理事「女性でございます。2つ目の質問についてですが、ご本人の方から反省した上で辞表を提出して頂きました。その意向を尊重して辞表を受理しました」 ──楠瀬さんから辞任にあたってのコメントはあったか。現場のスタッフに対するハラスメントなどへの研修はもともとあったのか須原清貴専務理事「楠瀬さん本人からは『大変ご迷惑をおかけして申し訳なかった』というお言葉を頂戴しております。2つ目の質問に関しましては、指導者などに対しては、契約の時の契約書にそういったコンプライアンスの内容が記載されています。それを説明した上で伝達しております。ただ、その後にフォローアップや追加で定期的に行うことはできていませんでした。そこの部分は反省しております」 ──選手たちにはどのタイミングで辞任を伝えたか。また、その時の現場スタッフや選手たちの反応は今井純子女子委員長「スタッフに対しては、昨日に説明させて頂きました。もちろん驚いていました。その上で選手たちがこの大会に向けて集中して臨めるようにしっかりやっていこうという意思確認をさせて頂きました。選手たちは本日集合ですので、バスに乗る際に私の方から説明させて頂きました。大変驚いていましたが、ここで集中して目の前のサッカーに向き合って取り組むことが大事であり、不満になることがあればスタッフに相談して欲しいと伝えています」
