両国を愛するが故?リベリがフランスvsドイツを展望「5-5の決着がいい」

フィオレンティーナの元フランス代表MFフランク・リベリが、注目の一戦を展望している。

ユーロ2020グループF第1節のフランス代表vsドイツ代表は、15日に予定されている。2018年のロシア・ワールドカップ(W杯)王者と2014年のブラジルW杯王者がぶつかり合う両者の一戦に大きな注目が集まっている。

試合を前に、ドイツ『キッカー』のインタビューを受けたリベリは「この一戦、僕の胸には2つのハートが動いているんだ。バイエルンには12年もいたからドイツを愛しているけど、僕はこれからもずっとフランス人だ。だからこそ、僕は0-0の引き分けを希望する。いや、ファンがゴールを見られるように1-1、あるいは5-5がいいかな」とコメント。両国に所縁ある38歳のドリブラーは、複雑な心境のようだ。

また、フランス代表については、「カリム(・ベンゼマ)は非常に重要な存在になるかもしれない。彼は僕と同世代の素晴らしいストライカーなんだ。カリムのフランス代表への復帰はとても嬉しいよ」と5年ぶりの代表復帰を果たしたベンゼマを注目選手に推した。

さらに、ドイツ代表についても言及。2年ぶりの代表復帰となったバイエルン時代の同僚ミュラーを絶賛した。

「僕にとって、彼ほどドイツサッカーを体現している選手はいない。トーマス(・ミュラー)はこのチームのイメージにとって重要な存在だ」

W杯で日本と対戦するドイツ代表の呼称「ディー・マンシャフト」が廃止に…7月末に結論

カタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)では、日本代表とも対戦するドイツ代表だが、その“愛称”について議論がなされている。 2014年のブラジルW杯では優勝を果たしているドイツ代表。チームの愛称として「Die Mannschaft(ディー・マンシャフト)」が採用されている。これはW杯制覇後の2015年にドイツ代表のマネージャーを務めるオリバー・ビアホフ氏が呼称として導入したもの。意味は「これがチームだ」というものだが、廃止の方向で話が進んでいる。ドイツサッカー連盟(DFB)のベルント・ノイエンドルフ会長は、この呼称について終わる可能性があることを20日にコメント。7月末に結論を出すという。「終わりが来る。7月末に責任機関の会合が開かれ、決定が確実に下される。終わりのない話には興味がない」「今回の定性調査では、我々のイメージを固め、意見をまとめることができるはずだ。ただ、調査に依存することはない」この言葉の生みの親とも言われるビアホフ氏は「我慢すれば良い」と会長の決定を受け入れることを示唆。日本と対戦するときにはもう使われない愛称となっていそうだ。 2022.06.21 14:30 Tue

世界も注目! 上司への感謝を綴った日本人サポーターへの粋な計らいが話題に「休暇もW杯も楽しんで」
