ドイツサッカー連盟(DFB)は、ケルンでキャプテンを務めるDFヨナス・ヘクター(30)がドイツ代表から引退したことを発表した。
ヘクターは、アウエルスマッハーというドイツの下部リーグのチームでキャリアをスタート。2010年7月にケルンのセカンドチームに加入すると、2012年7月からはファーストチームでプレーしていた。
これまでケルンでは、公式戦255試合に出場し19ゴール18アシストを記録。ブンデスリーガでも149試合でプレーし9ゴール11アシストを記録していた。
ドイツ代表としては、世代別の代表チームではプレーしたことがなく、2014年11月に初招集。ジブラルタル代表とのユーロ2016予選でデビュー。以降、左サイドバックや左サイドハーフとしてコンスタントに招集されていた。
昨年11月19日に行われたユーロ2020予選の北アイルランド代表戦にフル出場し2アシストの活躍。この試合がドイツ代表での最後のプレーとなった。
ドイツ代表のディレクターを務めるオリバー・ビアホフ氏は、ヘクターの引退についてコメントしている。

W杯で日本と対戦するドイツ代表の呼称「ディー・マンシャフト」が廃止に…7月末に結論
カタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)では、日本代表とも対戦するドイツ代表だが、その“愛称”について議論がなされている。 2014年のブラジルW杯では優勝を果たしているドイツ代表。チームの愛称として「Die Mannschaft(ディー・マンシャフト)」が採用されている。 これはW杯制覇後の2015年にドイツ代表のマネージャーを務めるオリバー・ビアホフ氏が呼称として導入したもの。意味は「これがチームだ」というものだが、廃止の方向で話が進んでいる。 ドイツサッカー連盟(DFB)のベルント・ノイエンドルフ会長は、この呼称について終わる可能性があることを20日にコメント。7月末に結論を出すという。 「終わりが来る。7月末に責任機関の会合が開かれ、決定が確実に下される。終わりのない話には興味がない」 「今回の定性調査では、我々のイメージを固め、意見をまとめることができるはずだ。ただ、調査に依存することはない」 この言葉の生みの親とも言われるビアホフ氏は「我慢すれば良い」と会長の決定を受け入れることを示唆。日本と対戦するときにはもう使われない愛称となっていそうだ。 2022.06.21 14:30 Tue

「これはどっちも買う」「素敵すぎ」ドイツ代表のW杯ユニが大好評!ホームは1908年をモチーフに

19歳の至宝ヴィルツが憧れるクラブとは? レバークーゼンは安売り許さず?
