現在、プレミアリーグ最高の若手ホールディングMFとしての評価を確立するハマーズのキャプテン。今夏にはステップアップの可能性が取り沙汰されたものの、愛するクラブとの紳士協定によって残留を決断した。
しかし、今夏積極的な補強を敢行したチームは、デイビッド・モイーズ監督の限界を露呈するようなリーグ戦の低迷を強いられており、23歳MFの来夏の退団がより現実味を帯びてきている。
そういった中、現在スリーライオンズの一員としてカタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)という代表レベルにおける最高峰の舞台を経験するライスは、公式会見の場で自身の去就に言及。
周囲のチームメイト同様にクラブレベルでもチャンピオンズリーグ(CL)のような最高峰の舞台に挑戦したいと、改めてステップアップ願望を口にした。

フリーのヤヌザイ、ユナイテッド時代の恩師モイーズと再会も?

猫を蹴飛ばし、平手打ち…虐待動画流出のズマが謝罪 「あのような行為は二度と起こらない」
