ヴィッセル神戸から2021年夏にセルティックに加入した古橋。初先発となったスコティッシュ・プレミアシップ第2節のダンディーFC戦ではいきなりハットトリックの活躍をみせ、前半戦だけでリーグ戦8ゴール2アシストを記録した。

2021年12月にハムストリングを痛め約4カ月の長期離脱となったが、復帰後もゴールを量産。リーグ戦では20試合12ゴールしチームのリーグ優勝を牽引すると、公式戦では33試合20ゴール5アシストをマークした。

セルティックは全20ゴールを1分にまとめた動画を公開。多種多彩なゴールパターンや鋭い動き出しからのゴールシーンの連続に、ファンからは「ほとんどワンタッチ」、「全部ドンピシャ」、「ボックスで生き生きしている」、「左でも右でも頭でも」、「ラーションのようだ」、「チームメイトのパスの質も高い」など多くのコメントが寄せられている。

「知らなかったからビックリした」セルティック加入井手口陽介の上半身タトゥーに驚きの声

日本代表のFW前田大然(セルティック)が、イメチェンの理由を明かした。 18日、2026年の北中米ワールドカップ(W杯)アジア2次予選の北朝鮮代表戦に向けた連戦に向けトレーニングキャンプがスタート。初日は、12名が参加。5名はジムでのトレーニングメニューをこなしていた。初日から合流した前田だが、10日に行われたスコティッシュカップ準々決勝のリヴィングストン戦でハットトリックを達成。さらに、髪の毛が伸び、いつものスキンヘッドから大きくイメージが変わる風貌が話題となっていた。「髪の毛伸ばし始めた理由はいつかするね〜」と前田は自身のインスタグラムで綴っていたが、「この機会まで置いていた」と日本代表活動で明かすことを考えていたという。前田が髪を伸ばした理由は愛娘にあった。「一番上の子がもうすぐ5歳で、そろそろ坊主が嫌と言っていて。流石に娘には嫌われたくないので、娘の言うことを聞いておこうと思いました」と、娘からのリクエストが理由だという。かつてはアンパンマンのゴールパフォーマンスをするなど、これまでも娘への愛に溢れていた前田。娘が坊主を嫌がる理由については「坊主はあまりいないですね。海外にはいますが、日本代表は僕だけしかいなくて、『なんで?』という疑問から伸ばしてという感じになりました」と、周りの選手に坊主の選手がいないことも娘が嫌がった理由だとした。髪を伸ばしたイメージについては「日本代表の集合写真を見せたら、南野拓実を指しました」と意外なリクエスト。ただ、「流石にヘアバンドはまだ早いなと(笑)。ただ、そう言っていて、そこまで伸ばすことは考えていないですけど、とりあえず坊主は脱出できたらと思います」と、どこまで伸ばすかは分からないものの、しばらくは髪を伸ばしていくつもりだという。また「よく髪の毛触られるようになって、ある方が良いのかなと思いました」と、嬉しい出来事も増えたとのこと。「1カ月経ってないぐらい」と伸ばした期間についても語ったが、「黒はあまり嫌なので、変えていけたらと。いつ変わるかわからないですけど、楽しみに」と、カラーチェンジも検討しているようだ。さらに「山雅の新体制発表会で『引退するまで坊主』って言ってたんですけど、それよりは娘のほうが大事なので(笑)」と、何よりも娘のことを考えていくようだ。そのニュー前田だが、北朝鮮との戦いに向けては「色々な意味で難しい相手なので、ホームでしっかりと勝って、アウェイでもしっかり勝ちたいと思います」とコメント。「前の選手なので点を取ってナンボですけどアシストもしないといけない。苦しい時にはどちらもやれないといけないので、もっと意識していきたいです」と語り、ゴールに絡んでいくプレーを見せたいとした。 2024.03.18 23:15 Mon
