そのトーレス氏は、同じアトレティコでプレーした生え抜き選手であり、チームでキャプテンを務めるMFコケが、スペイン代表で初めてキャプテンを務めたことを祝福。お祝いのメッセージを送った。

コケは、これまでスペイン代表で46試合に出場。11日に行われたオランダ代表との国際親善試合でキャプテンを務めていた。

コケは大先輩であるトーレス氏からのメッセージを受け「彼は素晴らしいし、僕と彼はとても良い友情を大切にしている」とコメント。メッセージについては「彼のような人から祝福のメッセージを受け取るのはとても素晴らしいことだ」と語り、「彼はすべてのアトレティコファンのアイドルであり、僕のアイドルは大人になった」とコメントした。

21世紀の出場試合数ランキング発表! 首位は1145試合のC・ロナウド、トップ10に日本人選手がランクイン

モロッコの国家的プロジェクト…ブラヒム&16歳ヤマルに政府高官が接触、自国にルーツの海外出身選手でA代表強化へ
