フランス人レフェリーのステファニー・フラパールさん(38)が、男子ワールドカップ(W杯)で初の女性主審に任命された。
国際サッカー連盟(FIFA)は、12月1日に行われるグループE最終節、コスタリカ代表vsドイツ代表の主審にフラパールさんを任命した。
カタールW杯では合計129名の審判員の内、男子のW杯として初めて女性の審判員が6名選ばれた。その中でフラパールさんは日本の山下良美さん、ルワンダ人のサリマ・ムカンサンガさんと共に3名の主審に選出された。
22日に行われたグループC第1節のメキシコ代表vsポーランド代表では第4審判としてすでにW杯デビューを飾ったフラパールさんだが、今回のコスタリカvsドイツではついに主審としてデビューすることになった。
なお、世界的に知られる女性主審は、2019年のUEFAスーパーカップ担当したほか、カタールW杯欧州予選でも試合を担当。UEFAチャンピオンズリーグでも、2020-21シーズンに史上初となる女性審判として試合を裁いていた。

28日、日本サッカー協会(JFA)はオーストラリア&ニュージーランド女子ワールドカップ(W杯)で審判員を担当した3名の報告会を行った。 20日まで開催されていた女子W杯。山下良美主審、坊薗真琴副審、手代木直美副審の3名が日本から参加した。 3名は開幕戦となったニュージーランド女子代表vsノルウェー女子代表の一戦に割り当てられる快挙を達成。さらに、アメリカ女子代表vsオランダ女子代表という前回大会の決勝カードと同じ対戦、ラウンド16のオランダvs南アフリカ女子代表の3試合を日本人トリオで担当した。 また、坊薗副審はグループステージのハイチ女子代表vsデンマーク女子代表を担当、山下主審はドイツ女子代表vsコロンビア女子代表の第4審を任されると、決勝のスペイン女子代表vsイングランド女子代表でも第4審を担当していた。 21日に帰国した3名は揃って報告会に出席。それぞれが大会の印象を語った。 ◆山下良美主審 「ワールドカップでオーストラリアに行って、20日に最後の試合を終えて21日に帰国しました。この大会を終えてみて、凄く楽しめたなというのが自分では一番印象に残っています」 「今までサッカーを続けることができて、サッカーを好きになることができて、こうやってサッカーを楽しめるということの幸せを凄く感じました」 「ここに至るまでに本当にたくさんの方たちの支えであったり、色々な声をいただいたり、もちろん応援をしていただいたり、その1つ1つがここに繋がっているんだなというのを感じることができて、こういう大会に参加することの幸せを感じることができました」 「今まで関わった皆様に本当に心から感謝を大会中も感じましたし、大会を終えてさらに感謝の気持ちを感じています」 ◆坊薗真琴副審 「約1カ月半滞在していましたが、本当に長いようであっという間の大会でした。毎日が充実していて、心の底から女子サッカーを楽しむことができたと思っています」 「そこに至るまでに本当にたくさんの方々に支えていただいて、そこに至るまでを振り返ると、長かったというか、色々な思いを抱きながら向かっていきましたが、そういう意味では少し報われた大会になりました」 ◆手代木直美副審 「大会前も大会期間中も終えてからたくさんのサポートをいただいて、たくさん支えていただいたことを身に染みて感じる大会でした」 「今までにないくらい他国の方たちと関わる時間が多く、大会期間中全てを通して、一番楽しめた大会になったのかなと思います。この経験を活かして、これからも活動していきたいと思います」 感謝の気持ちも語った3名。山下主審は2022年のカタールW杯も経験しており、男女のW杯を連続で担当した初めての主審に。男子W杯との差については「特に違いは感じていません。何も違いは感じませんでした」とコメント。「ただ、自分自身が小さい頃からサッカーを始めて、特に日本の女子サッカーに関わりたい、日本の女子サッカーの発展に少しでも貢献できればと感じて審判員を始めたということもあったので、自分自身の気持ちが違ったので、それによって見るものも変わったのかなと思います」と、強い思いを持って臨んだことで、新たなものが見えたとした。 今大会で印象に残っているシーンについては手代木副審は「開幕戦の入場した瞬間の、会場全体に響き渡る観客の声とか、スタジアムが揺れる感覚があったのが印象的でした」とコメント。坊薗副審も開幕戦をあげ「そこまで気負いすぎず、その空気を全身で感じようみたいな余裕というか、そういう気持ちで臨めたのは、これまで3人でやってきて、いつも通りやれば大丈夫だという気持ちだったからこそ、そういった瞬間を肌で感じようとすることができたと思います」と、慣れ親しんだ3名で臨むことで少し気持ちに余裕があったとした。 山下主審は「もちろん開幕戦は印象に残っていますが、小さなことなんですが一番最後のトレーニングになるところで、3人で円陣を組んで臨みました。理由は分からないですが、なんとなく一番印象に残っています」と、終わりの出来事が印象に残っているとした。 山下主審といえば、開幕戦で発生したオンフィールド・レビュー後の場内アナウンスが話題に。毅然とした形で、英語で行ったアナウンスは話題を呼んだ。 「VARのアナウンスメントに関しては、トレーニングの時からとても緊張していました。ただ、実際の試合で緊張してはいけないと思っていたので、どんなシーンがあってもこういう風に言うんだと決めていたので、そういう意味では実際アナウンスをするときは特別緊張しませんでした」 「元々このアナウンスはアルゼンチンで行われた男子のU-20W杯でFIFAの大会としては行われたので、2大会目となります。その時には「ペナルティキックです。何番の選手がハンドの反則をしました」と言ったんですが、実際は「ペナルティキックです」のところで、観客が盛り上がってくれたので、その後の言葉が聞こえなかったです」 「そういうことがあったので順番を逆にしようという話があって、先に「何番の選手がハンドボールを犯しました。なのでペナルティキックです」ということもあったので、何か嬉しかったです」 自身の経験から、手を加えて改善もしているという山下主審。VARチェック、オンフィールド・レビューのチェックの内容を観客に伝えることは大事だとした。 「VARで映像を見た後に、折角映像を見ているので伝えることは大切だと思います。試合の中で選手にどうだったかと聞かれた時に、映像を見た後だったらしっかり伝えることもできますが、観ている人たちには伝わらないです」 「私がしたアナウンスは分かりやすい判定だったので、説明なしでも分かったかもしれませんが、2つの事象が重なったり分かりづらいときはアナウンスがあった方が伝わると思います。ただ、いかに正しく分かりやすく伝える必要があるので、そこの難しさはずっとあるのかなと思います」 色々な経験を積んでいる3名だが、Jリーグでもトリオで試合を担当。今シーズンはJ1の舞台にも立っている。 Jリーグの経験については「男子の縦のスピード、ボールスピードも含めて、Jリーグでのスピードというのに対応するためのトレーニングを取り入れていたので、そこに合わせられるのであれば、今回の大会でも同じようなパフォーマンスができればというところで、適応できたかなと思います」と坊薗副審はコメントした。 手代木副審は「出発前に担当させてもらった時にオフサイドの判定を間違えて、VARに正してもらいました。その時に自分で分析すると、ポジションが良くなくて、ラインを見間違えてミスに繋がりました」と失敗を経験。ただ、「Jリーグは早いので、女子はスピードが若干変わってくるので、その分余裕を持ってずっとラインを正しくキープすることができたと思います。国内でみなさんの協力を得ながら、Jリーグを担当させていただいたというのは良い経験になったなと感じています」と、しっかりと経験を積んで糧にしていることを明かした。 3名は4年前のフランス女子W杯にもアポイントされていた。今大会で感じた差については山下主審は「チームの差がなくなってきたというか、どこのチームが優勝するか分からないというのを感じました」とチーム力の差がなくなってきたと語り、「今までよりも、それぞれの試合が面白い。どの試合も面白いと感じました」とコメントした。 坊薗副審は「現地の盛り上がりというか、スタジアムの雰囲気はサッカーそのものを楽しんでいる。レベルも高いんですけど、フットボールそのものを純粋に楽しんでいる様子がありました」と観客の反応を語り、「ピッチだけじゃなくスタンドで観戦することもあったので、女子サッカーが持つパワーも感じました」とコメント。「日本でもし開催されたらこれはどうだったのかなとちょっと疑問に思った部分があったので、ちょっと焦りを感じました」と、日本で同じような盛り上がりが生まれるのか不安も覚えたという。 手代木副審は「観客数は圧倒的に違うなと凄く感じました」と語り、「初戦から決勝まで8万人近く入るスタジアムで7万人以上入ったり、最低でも2万人ぐらいとか、そういう試合がが多かったので、女子サッカーでもここまで集客ができるんだなというのを感じました」とコメント。「母国の応援だけでなく、他国の応援でも女子サッカーを観にきている観客が多かったですし、年齢層も幅広くいらっしゃって、女子サッカーの魅力はしっかり伝えれば伝わるんじゃないかなと思いました」と、日本でも同じように盛り上げることは可能だと感じたという。 3名は前述の通り開幕戦に抜擢。その発表を受けた瞬間の心境について、山下主審は「とにかく大会が開幕してどの試合に割り当たっても良いように準備をしてきました」と、準備はできていたとコメント。坊薗副審は「みんなドキドキしながら待っていました」と語り、「名前を呼ばれた瞬間『ほぉ、きたか』という感じでした。『ああそうか』という感じで素直に受け止めました」と、冷静だったという。 手代木副審は「試合の準備の段階で山下さんが凄く調子が良くて、何か来るんじゃないかという感覚はありました」と予期していたと語り、「山下さんがなんか引きそうだなと感じていて、発表された時も『あ〜やっぱり山下さん引いてきたか』と客観的に見ていました」と、割り当てられた予感が的中したものの、冷静だったという。 また、手代木副審には、男子のW杯を3度経験している相樂亨氏からメッセージが届いたとのことで「的確なアドバイスとメッセージを頂いて、凄く幸せなことができるんだなと聞いて、冷静になって、試合中は全く緊張することもなく、いつも通りやれば良いんだと思いました」と、気持ちを切り替えられたとした。 なでしこジャパンだけでなく、審判員もしっかりとW杯で活躍をしてきた日本。この先、この3名がピッチに立っている試合をしっかりと注目していきたい。 2023.08.28 22:50 Mon

山下良美主審ら日本人セットがパリ五輪の男子の試合に割り当て! エジプトvsドミニカ共和国を担当
いよいよ開幕を迎えるパリ・オリンピックのサッカー競技。国際サッカー連盟(FIFA)はマッチオフィシャル(審判団)の割り当てを発表。男女ともに、開幕戦は男女混合の審判団が務めることとなった。 男子の開幕戦となるU-23フランス代表vsU-23アメリカ代表は、アルゼンチン人のヤエル・ファルコン主審が担当。第4審にウルグアイの女性審判員であるアナヒ・フェルナンデスさんが担当する。 また、女子の開幕戦となるフランス女子代表vsコロンビア女子代表は、2023年のオーストラリア&ニュージーランド女子ワールドカップ(W杯)の決勝を担当したアメリカ人のトリ・ペンソ主審が担当する。 そんな中、日本から派遣されている山下良美主審も男子の試合に割り当てられることに。副審の坊薗真琴さん、手代木直美さんらとU-23エジプト代表vsU-23ドミニカ共和国代表の試合に割り当てられ、初戦から男子の試合を務めることとなった。 2024.07.24 11:25 Wed

山下良美主審が裁いたエジプトvsドミニカはゴールレスドロー【パリ五輪】
パリ・オリンピック(五輪)グループC第1節、U-23エジプト代表vsU-23ドミニカ代表が24日に行われ、0-0で引き分けた。 U-23ウズベキスタン代表とU-23スペイン代表も同居しているグループC。 U-23アフリカネーションズカップを準優勝して2大会連続出場を果たしたエジプトは、オーバーエイジのエルネニーが[4-3-3]の中盤アンカーで先発となった。 一方、U-20コンカカフ選手権を準優勝して初出場を果たしたドミニカは、ラ・リーガでプレーするウレニャやゴンサレス、ロレンソらが先発となった。 山下良美レフェリーが主審を務めた一戦。オープンな入りとなった中、13分にドミニカが先制しかける。ゴンサレスが敵陣ボックス付近でアブデルマジードからボールを奪ってシュートを蹴り込んだが、ファウルがあってノーゴールに。 ここからドミニカの攻勢が強まった中、前半終盤の43分にエジプトはエルネニーのミドルがポストを掠めたが、ゴールレスで前半を終えた。 迎えた後半もドミニカが押し込む流れで推移すると、70分に好機。CKの流れからデ・ルーカスがシュートを放ったが、枠を捉えられなかった。 結局、互いに決め手を欠いた一戦はゴールレスで決着。勝ち点1を分け合っている。 U-23エジプト 0-0 U-23ドミニカ 2024.07.25 01:56 Thu

29歳で引退した元W杯王者の転身が話題!ほぼ裸で雪山に登頂、自分の人生を見直すきっかけに

1位に輝いたのは、アストン・ビラでプレーするスイス女子代表のアリーシャ・レーマン。世界一セクシーなアスリートとしても知られ、インスタグラムのフォロワーは1340万人。元プロテニスプレーヤーのロジャー・フェデラーを超え、インスタグラムで最も人気のあるスイス人アスリートとなっている。 W杯で日本と対戦するドイツ代表の呼称「ディー・マンシャフト」が廃止に…7月末に結論
カタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)では、日本代表とも対戦するドイツ代表だが、その“愛称”について議論がなされている。 2014年のブラジルW杯では優勝を果たしているドイツ代表。チームの愛称として「Die Mannschaft(ディー・マンシャフト)」が採用されている。 これはW杯制覇後の2015年にドイツ代表のマネージャーを務めるオリバー・ビアホフ氏が呼称として導入したもの。意味は「これがチームだ」というものだが、廃止の方向で話が進んでいる。 ドイツサッカー連盟(DFB)のベルント・ノイエンドルフ会長は、この呼称について終わる可能性があることを20日にコメント。7月末に結論を出すという。 「終わりが来る。7月末に責任機関の会合が開かれ、決定が確実に下される。終わりのない話には興味がない」 「今回の定性調査では、我々のイメージを固め、意見をまとめることができるはずだ。ただ、調査に依存することはない」 この言葉の生みの親とも言われるビアホフ氏は「我慢すれば良い」と会長の決定を受け入れることを示唆。日本と対戦するときにはもう使われない愛称となっていそうだ。 2022.06.21 14:30 Tue

ドイツのレジェンド・バラック氏が21歳モデルとキス…新恋人は2年前に他界した息子の親友

イングランドの育成はドイツより上? ドルトムントGMが見解
ドルトムントのゼネラルマネージャー(GM)を務めるミヒャエル・ツォルク氏が、イングランドの育成の進歩を語っている。イギリス『スカイ・スポーツ』が伝えた。 10年程前には、MFトニ・クロースやMFメスト・エジルなど、世界的に期待を浴びる若手を多く輩出していたドイツ。現在でも注目の若手を多数抱えているが、一時期ほどの盛り上がりは見せていない。 反対に、イングランドの若手選手たちの評価は日増しに高まっている。若手主体で臨んだロシア・ワールドカップ(W杯)ではベスト4に名を連ね、世代別代表でも多くの実績を残している。個人名を挙げれば、FWマーカス・ラッシュフォードやFWジェイドン・サンチョ、FWラヒーム・スターリングなど枚挙に暇がない。 若手のサポートに力を入れ続けてきたドルトムントのツォルクGMは、もはやイングランドが育成面でドイツを上回っていると考えているようだ。 「5～10年前を振り返ると、イングランドのクラブがドイツ人の選手たちとサインしていた。それを行うためのスカウトチームすら存在していた時もあった」 「そこには多くの議論が巻き起こった。『全てはお金だ。彼らがドイツからイングランドに行くのは時期尚早だ』とね」 「だが、それからの間、私たちはイングランドアカデミーでのユース選手たちの教育や成長を素晴らしいと感じている。それが正直なところだ」 「チームは多額の資金を移籍やサラリーに費やすだけでなく、インフラにも注ぎ込んでいる。例えばマン・シティだけど、それらのアカデミーを見てもドイツの平均とは比較できない。(イングランドが)凄まじく上回っている」 2019.02.08 18:05 Fri
