カタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)後に就任したデ・ラ・フエンテ監督。初戦のノルウェー代表戦は3-0と圧勝して終わった中、連勝と行きたかった第2戦ではつまづくことに。開始7分でスコット・マクトミネイにゴールを奪われると、51分にもマクトミネイに得点を許し、2-0で完封負けをした。
2戦目で早くも黒星を喫した新生・スペイン。デ・ラ・フエンテ監督は試合後のインタビューで改善点を口にした。

「違う結果を生み出すために、我々は多くのことをうまくやってきた。ポジティブさを保ちたい」
「多くの改善が必要だが、選手たちの姿勢には満足している。最も重要なことは、ポジティブなことを読み取り、何が悪かったかを確認することだ」

また、「2つのアクシデントが起きた。選手に罪はない。このレベルでは細部がバランスを崩すこととなる」と細部が重要だとし、「前半は我々が支配し、準備したほとんど全てが反映されていた」と、前半の戦いぶりを讃えた。

それでも改善すべき点はあるとし、「改善の余地は常にあるが、私が選手に伝えたアイデアからは1つもブレてはいない。細部を改善し、磨き続けなければならない。選手はそのアイデアをうまく解釈してくれていた」と選手たちはやりたい戦い方を理解してプレーしてくれたと振り返った。

「自然な動きではない」ソン・フンミンへのファウルに審判協会が見解、一方で「ファウルではない」の声も

21世紀の出場試合数ランキング発表! 首位は1145試合のC・ロナウド、トップ10に日本人選手がランクイン

モロッコの国家的プロジェクト…ブラヒム&16歳ヤマルに政府高官が接触、自国にルーツの海外出身選手でA代表強化へ

モロッコ国王が、自国にルーツを持つ2選手のA代表招集を指示しているようだ。スペイン『Relevo』が伝えている。 カタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)で4位入賞を果たしたモロッコ代表。20世紀前半にフランスの植民地だった同国の代表チームにはフランス生まれの選手が多く、他にもスペインやオランダなど欧州を中心とした海外出身の選手が非常に多いのが特徴的だ。 フランス生まれのワリド・レグラギ監督が率いる現チームでは、キャプテンのDFロマン・サイスもフランス生まれ。DFアクラフ・ハキミはスペイン、MFハキム・ツィエクとDFヌサイル・マズラウィとMFソフィアン・アムラバトはオランダ、GKボノはカナダなどなど中心選手の大半が海外出身だ。 かつて移民として国を離れた者たち。その子孫を集めることが代表チーム強化に繋がっているわけだが、現在はラ・リーガでプレーするモロッコ系プレーヤー2人の呼び戻しに注力。レアル・マドリーのMFブラヒム・ディアス(24)、バルセロナのFWラミン・ヤマル(16)を招集したい考えがあるようだ。 2人とも、生まれも育ちもスペインで、父親がモロッコ人。16歳ヤマルが今シーズンのラ・リーガ序盤戦で旋風を巻き起こしていることもあってか、モロッコ国内では2人の勧誘に関する議論が活発化しており、もはやスポーツの枠組みを越え、国家的なプロジェクトになっているという。 また、国王であり、国家元首でもあるムハンマド6世の命を受けた政府高官ら数人が「ブラヒム&ヤマルをモロッコ代表に」作戦を進めており、2人と電話で接触。モロッコは2030年のW杯招致に立候補していることもあって、本気で2人の囲い込みに動いているようだ。 ブラヒムはA代表の変更手続きが容易な国際親善試合とはいえ、2021年にスペイン代表として1試合に出場した経験が。ただ、現時点でモロッコ代表入りには応じずも、プライベートで頻繁にモロッコを訪れており、スペイン代表から遠ざかるなか、どこかで決断する可能性も捨てきれないとみられている。 その一方、ヤマルの説得は現実的ではない。こちらは9月の代表ウィークでスペイン代表に初招集されることが確実視され、カンテラの先輩MFガビが保有する17歳62日という最年少出場記録を塗り替えるものと考えられている。もう時間が残されていない。 可能性があるとすればブラヒムの方であることは想像に難くない。レグラギ監督はブラヒムから「イエス」が届けば、即座に招集する方針とのことだ。 2023.08.29 17:51 Tue

元会長からのキス事件についてエルモソが法廷で証言「決して合意の上ではなかった」
