スペイン代表MFペドリが、退任したルイス・エンリケ監督への感謝の気持ちを綴った。カタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)にスペイン代表の一員として臨んだペドリ。初めてのW杯では4試合に出場。3試合にフル出場をしたが、ラウンド16でチームは敗退となった。

ペドリは2021年3月にルイス・エンリケ監督の下でスペイン代表に初招集されると、ユーロ2020では6試合にほぼフル出場。その後、負傷の影響などで代表から遠ざかるが、しっかりとメンバー入りしていた。
ルイス・エンリケ監督に見出された中、最後は連敗で終わってしまったスペイン。ペドリは自身のインスタグラムでルイス・エンリケ監督への感謝を綴った。

21世紀の出場試合数ランキング発表! 首位は1145試合のC・ロナウド、トップ10に日本人選手がランクイン

「僕はスペイン人」18歳ハイセンが母国オランダに決別…2月にスペイン国籍取得でU-21代表デビュー
