WOWOWは15日、UEFAチャンピオンズリーグ(CL)、UEFAヨーロッパリーグ(EL)の準々決勝&準決勝の組み合わせ抽選会をライブ配信することを発表した。

ラウンド16には多くの日本人選手所属クラブが勝ち残っていた中、CLのベスト8には日本代表DF冨安健洋のアーセナルのみが勝ち上がり。ELではMF遠藤航のリバプール、GK小久保玲央ブライアンのベンフィカの2チームが勝ち上がっている。

WOWOWでは、15日の19時半からWOWOWオンデマンドで無料ライブ配信。ゲストにはサッカー解説者として活躍する林陵平氏、ベン・メイブリー氏の他、昨年現役を引退した元なでしこジャパンのFW岩渕真奈さんを迎えて行われる。
番組では、組合せ抽選会を実況しつつ、決定した注目の対戦カードや準々決勝以降についても展望していくとのこと。21時ごろからは、ELの抽選会をライブ配信していく。

「待ってました!」「無理しないで!」足首手術で1カ月離脱の板倉滉が元気な姿、日本代表の仲間もエール
