元なでしこジャパンFWの岩渕真奈さんもパリ・オリンピック出場を喜んでいる。2023年9月に現役を引退した岩渕さん。ケガで自身が思うようなプレーができない中、30歳でスパイクを脱ぐ決断を下していた。

引退後には、テレビへの出演やなでしこジャパンや日本代表戦のゲスト解説を務めるなど、自身の経験をいかし第二のキャリアを歩んでいる岩渕さん。28日に国立競技場で行われたパリ・オリンピック アジア最終予選の第2戦、北朝鮮女子代表戦でも解説を務めていた。
その北朝鮮戦はなでしこジャパンが勝利を収め、2大会連続6度目のオリンピック出場を決めていた中、岩渕さんは試合後にSNSを更新。DF熊谷紗希(ローマ)、MF長谷川唯(マンチェスター・シティ)、DF清水梨紗(ウェストハム)と笑顔で喜ぶ写真を投稿した。

試合に出ていた選手たちよりも嬉しそうな表情を見せる岩渕さん。さらになでしこジャパンの試合に刺激を受けたようで、早速翌日にサッカーをプレーしたとのこと。一瞬だけ現役復帰の考えも頭によぎったようだ。

フランスW杯出場権を懸けた大会に向けたなでしこジャパンメンバーが発表! FW川澄奈穂美が高倉ジャパンで初招集!《MS&ADカップ2018&AFC女子アジアカップ》

新生なでしこジャパンが臨む「2025 SheBelieves Cup」の全3試合を『ABEMA』で無料生中継!元なでしこFW岩渕真奈が解説…NHKはコロンビア戦を生中継、2試合は録画放送
