ダニエウ・アウベスが性的暴行容疑で起訴…公判は今年後半か2024年初めに

元ブラジル代表DFダニエウ・アウベス(40)が、性的暴行容疑で起訴されることになった。『AFP通信』など複数メディアが報じている。

事件は2022年12月30日の早朝に発生。アウベスはバルセロナのナイトクラブで23歳の女性に対して性的暴行を行ったとされ逮捕。その後の捜査では被害者女性の体内や衣服、ナイトクラブの床から採取した体液が、アウベスのDNAと一致していた。

また、アウベスが保有する資産の関係で、簡単に逃亡できるリスクがあり、ブラジルとの間で、犯人を引き渡す条約が締結されていないこともあり、これまで2度の保釈請求は棄却。同選手は現在も身柄を拘束されている。

アウベスは先日、被害女性との間で合意があったと自身の潔白を主張していたが、カタルーニャ州の高等裁判所は同選手を起訴するという決断を下した。

なお、公判の期日に関しては今年後半か2024年初めに設定される予定だという。

昨年可決されたスペインの性的同意法の下では、性的暴行にはオンラインでの虐待や痴漢から強姦まで幅広い犯罪が含まれており、それぞれに異なる刑罰が科せられる。強姦事件には最長15年の刑が言い渡される可能性がある。

「なぜ揃えなかった?」ブラジル代表の新ユニフォームはバランスが良くない?エンブレムが中央に配置され左右非対称に「ナイキのロゴも寄せてくれ」

ロナウドが日韓W杯での“大五郎カット”を謝罪、奇抜な髪型の裏事情とは?
