報道によると、ウェストハムは分割払いに加え、アドオンの達成の条件の難しさに不満を示したようだ。
そういった中、ここまでライスの動向に関して静観の構えを見せていたシティがようやく腰を上げたようだ。
イングランドの移籍市場に精通するジャーナリストのデイビッド・オーンスタイン氏によると、シティは先週の金曜日にウェストハムに対してライスに対するオファーを掲示することを知らせたという。
そして、シティは22日にもライス獲得に向けた最初のオファーを掲示する見込みだという。
一方、アーセナルはシティの今回の動きとは関係なく、3度目のオファーを掲示する見込みだが、シティの参戦によって一気に獲得へのハードルが上がることになる。
