フランス代表のディディエ・デシャン監督が、デンマーク代表戦を振り返った。フランス『レキップ』が報じている。

26日、カタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)グループD第2節のフランスvsデンマーク代表が行われた。初戦でオーストラリア代表に逆転勝利したフランスと、チュニジア代表相手に引き分けたデンマークの一戦。

試合が動いたのはゴールレスで動いた後半。フランスは61分にボックス左深くまでインナーラップしたテオ・エルナンデスとのワンツーでゴール前に侵入したムバッペがネットを揺らした。

その後、セットプレーから追いつかれたフランスだったが、終盤の86分にグリーズマンの右クロスをファーサイドのムバッペが体ごとゴールに飛び込み、決勝点となる得点を挙げ、2-1で勝利した。

連勝でグループステージ突破一番乗りを決めたフランス。デシャン監督は試合後のインタビューでグループステージ突破を決めた安堵を実感していると、正直な思いを述べた。

｢2試合を終えた時点で勝ち点6を獲得してグループステージを突破できたことは我々にとって理想的なことだ。すでに突破を決めたことは心にゆとりをもたらしてくれる。次の試合までそれを味わいたいと思っている｣

「鶏デカすぎ」「ケンタッキーとのコラボか?」フランス代表の新ユニフォームにはビッグサイズのロゴが採用「巨大すぎない?」
