マンチェスター・ユナイテッドから今夏にユベントスへと復帰したポグバ。新天地での復活を誓っての移籍となったが、まだプレーができていない。
移籍決定後、シーズン開幕前の7月にヒザを負傷。当初はカタールW杯出場のために手術をしない選択をしていた。
しかし、保存療法では回復が思わしくなく、9月に手術。その後は回復が進み、トレーニングに復帰していたが、間に合わないことが決まった。
エージェントであるラファエラ・ピメンタ氏が声明を発表。ポグバのW杯欠場が決まったとした。
「そのため、ポールはW杯による中断前にユベントスのチームに加わることも、カタールでのフランス代表のチームに加わることもできない」

イギリス長者番付が発表! アスリートで1位はベッカム氏の記録を更新

アンリが“神の手”ゴールの後に殺害予告を受けたことを告白「あのゴールは誇れないものだが…」
