シャフタールは14日、イゴール・ヨビチェビッチ氏(48)の指揮官就任を発表した。契約期間は2024年6月までの2年間となる。
クロアチア人のヨビチェビッチ氏は現役時代、レアル・マドリーのリザーブチームやNKザグレブなどでプレー。1999年にはJ1リーグの横浜F・マリノスにも在籍していたが、公式戦1試合の出場にとどまった。
現役晩年の2003年にウクライナ・プレミアリーグのFCカルパティ・リヴィウに在籍経験があり、引退後には同クラブを指揮。その他には母国の名門ディナモ・ザグレブなども指揮し、昨季までの2年間はドニプロ-1の監督を務めた。
ウクライナのサッカー界は、ロシアによるウクライナ軍事侵攻に伴って今年2月以降すべての公式戦が中断されており、各クラブの外国籍選手や監督が相次いで退団。シャフタールも先日11日にイタリア人指揮官ロベルト・デ・ゼルビ氏の契約解除を発表していた。

「欲しい」「これは買えるの?」ウクライナ王者シャフタールの“カタカナ”ユニフォームが話題、ルヴァンカップ王者・福岡とのチャリティーマッチを開催「分かりやすい!」

ローマは11日、シャフタール・ドネツクのパウロ・フォンセカ監督(46)が新監督に就任することを発表した。契約期間は1年間の契約延長オプション付きの2年契約となる。 なお、イタリア『スカイ・スポルト』など複数メディアの伝えるところによれば、年俸は200万～250万ユーロ(約2億4000万～3億円)となる模様。また、シャフタールと2020年まで契約を残す同監督の契約解除金として150～200万ユーロ(約1億8000～2億4000万円)を支払うと共に、今後両クラブ間でのフレンドリーマッチ開催が見込まれている。 クラウディオ・ラニエリ前監督の後任としてセリエA初挑戦のポルトガル人指揮官を招へいしたジェームズ・パロッタ会長はクラブ公式サイトで以下のようなコメントを残している。 「パウロは若くて野心的な監督だ。同時に国際経験や勝者のメンタリティ、大胆で攻撃的なフットボールで高い評価を集める指揮官でもある。そのスタイルは我々のファンたちをエキサイトさせてくれるはずだ」 「彼は初めて会ったときからローマに来たいということを非常に明確にしてくれた。さらに、我々のプレーヤーたちと共に働き、ファンたちが誇りに思えるようなチーム作りを行うという挑戦に興奮していた」 一方、シャフタールでのリーグ3連覇を置き土産にローマへのステップアップを図ったフォンセカ監督は永遠の都での新たな挑戦に強い意気込みを見せている。 「ASローマの新監督に任命されたことを非常に誇りに思っている」 「私にこのようなチャンスを与えてくれたクラブ経営陣に感謝したい。今は今後の仕事に向けて興奮と共にモチベーションを得ている」 「ローマに向かい、ファンたちと会い、仕事をスタートするのが待ち切れない気分だよ。クラブに関わるすべての人たちが一丸となり、我々が特別な何かを創り出せると信じている」 母国のパソス・フェレイラやポルト、ブラガなどで指揮を執ったフォンセカ監督は2016年6月からシャフタールを指揮。就任以降の3シーズンで国内リーグ3連覇を達成。また、昨季のチャンピオンズリーグ(CL)ではマンチェスター・シティとナポリと同居したグループリーグを2位通過しベスト16進出。そのラウンド16では奇しくもローマと対戦し、ホームでの初戦を制すも最終的にアウェイゴール数の差で敗退となっていた。 一方、ローマは今シーズン、エウゼビオ・ディ・フランチェスコ監督、クラウディオ・ラニエリ監督という2人のイタリア人指揮官の下で、チャンピオンズリーグ(CL)出場圏外の6位フィニッシュという厳しいシーズンを過ごしていた。 2019.06.11 17:36 Tue
