UEFAネーションズリーグ(UNL)2022-23リーグA・グループ3の第4節、ドイツ代表vsイタリア代表が14日に行われ、5-2でドイツが圧勝した。
3日前に行われたハンガリー代表戦を1-1で引き分け、3戦未勝利の3位ドイツ(勝ち点3)は最前線にヴェルナー、2列目に右からホフマン、ミュラー、サネと並べた。
一方、イングランド代表に0-0で引き分けた首位イタリア(勝ち点5)は、3トップに右からポリターノ、ラスパドーリ、ニョントと並べた。
立ち上がりからボールを握ったドイツは10分に先制する。ボックス左でヴェルナーがボールを収めたプレーから、ラウムの左クロスを受けたゴール前でフリーのキミッヒが確実にシュートを決めた。
先制後もドイツがボールを持つ展開が続いた中、前半終盤にかけて攻勢をかける。39分にサネが、40分にヴェルナーがそれぞれオンターゲットのシュートでGKドンナルンマを強襲すると、前半追加タイム2分にPKを獲得した。
迎えた後半開始6分、左サイドからのラウムのクロスのルーズボールをミュラーが蹴り込んで3-0としたドイツが、引き続き主導権を握る中、68分に4点目。

本当は18歳ではなく22歳? ドルトムントの至宝・ムココに年齢詐称疑惑が再燃、出生証明書の真偽が問われることに
