シント=トロイデンに所属する日本代表DF橋岡大樹が、仲間との再会を果たした。2021年1月に自身が育った浦和レッズからシント=トロイデンへとレンタル移籍で加入した橋岡。2022年1月からは完全移籍となり、ベルギーで活躍している。

浦和同様にシント=トロイデンでも右のサイドバックでプレーしている橋岡は、今シーズンのベルギー・ジュピラー・プロ・リーグで22試合に出場し1アシストを記録している。
その橋岡が自身のインスタグラムを更新。オフの2ショットを披露した。

ベルギーで会った相手は、今冬に鹿島アントラーズからロイヤル・ユニオン・サン=ジロワーズにレンタル移籍した町田浩樹。2人は東京オリンピックでチームメイトだった同世代の選手だ。
町田は1月30日のアンデルレヒト戦で初めてベンチ入り。まだ出番はないが、首位チームでの出番を窺っている。

橋岡は町田と会った際の写真を投稿し「町くんと色々話してきました。お互いもっと頑張って上目指そう。楽しい時間をありがと!」と楽しい時間を過ごしたようだ。

この投稿にはファンも「2人もベルギーで頑張って下さい」、「鼓舞しあってください」、「二人の対戦が楽しみ」と対戦を望む声が多く寄せられた。また「いい笑顔」、「カッコいいな、二人共」と仲良さそうな2人の姿にも反応が集まった。

また、この投稿には同じ東京五輪世代だった遠藤渓太(ウニオン・ベルリン)も反応し「#日サロ通ってるらしいですね」とコメント。どちらに向けたコメントなのかは謎だが、同じ東京五輪世代が海外に増えたことで刺激を受けているようだ。また、前田大然(セルティック)や菅原由勢(AZ)らも反応した。

「パリ似合いすぎ」「モデル並みにかっこいい!」中村敬斗のオフショットに絶賛も、伊東純也からは撮影場所に注文「真似すんな」

橋岡大樹所属のルートンがエドワーズ監督と契約解除、クラブ初のプレミア昇格に導くも今季は2部で20位と低迷

シント=トロイデンの本拠地にアルデルヴァイレルトが不満「ここでプレーしないといけないのは残念」

木下康介がノルウェーへ! 新天地は清水前監督のヨンソン率いるスターベク
