そうしたなか、捜査に開始した警察により、フットボールチームで子供たちを指導する50歳の男性が「人種的憎悪を煽った疑い」で逮捕されたという。男性はラッシュフォードに「自分の国に帰れ」と人種差別的なツイートを投じたとされる。
その男性は容疑を否認して、自身のアカウントがハッキング被害を受けての末路だと主張しているというが、警察は身柄を一時拘束。その後の事情聴取を経て、釈放された模様だ。

元ユナイテッドSDがFAに復帰…新設のチーフ・フットボール・オフィサーに就任

フランスW杯の戦犯が…ベッカム史上最高のFKから20年「特別な瞬間だった」

イングランド代表のユニフォームが変? ファンが気づいた異変はベテランキットマンのまさかのミス…「間違ってしまった」
