ローマがジャカ交渉難航受け、ビラのブラジル代表MFに関心!

ローマがアストン・ビラに所属するブラジル代表MFドウグラス・ルイス(23)の獲得に興味を示しているようだ。イギリス『BirminghamLive』が報じている。

来シーズンからジョゼ・モウリーニョ監督が指揮するローマは、今夏の移籍市場でアーセナルのスイス代表MFグラニト・ジャカ(28)の獲得に動いている。すでに個人間での合意を漕ぎつけたローマは、アーセナルに対して1290万ポンド(約20億円)の公式オファーを掲示。だが、最低1700万ポンド(約26億3000万円)を求めるアーセナルはこのオファーを拒絶した模様だ。

そのため、ローマはアーセナルとの交渉を継続していく一方、獲得に失敗した場合に備えて新たな候補としてドウグラス・ルイスをリストアップしているようだ。

母国のヴァスコ・ダ・ガマでプロキャリアをスタートした23歳のボランチは、2017年夏にマンチェスター・シティに完全移籍。すぐさま提携クラブのジローナに武者修行に出されると、2シーズンに渡って準主力としてプレー。だが、シティ復帰はならず、2019年にビラへ完全移籍した。

すると、ビラでは中盤のアンカーや2セントラルMFの一角として、持ち味の豊富な運動量と球際の強さ、的確なボール捌きを武器に、中盤の絶対的な主力に君臨。その活躍が認められてブラジル代表にも定期的に招集されている。

現時点ではあくまでジャカのプランBと言えるが、現在のローマ中盤の陣容を考えると、その伸びしろを含めジャカよりも適した人材かもしれない。

ローマ、守護神との契約延長交渉が大詰めに! 複数強豪が関心も合意へ前向き

ローマがアタランタのGKゴッリーニを完全移籍で獲得、移籍した豪代表GKライアンの穴を埋める
