そのメッツェルダー氏は、子供などのポルノコンテンツを含む297個の画像ファイルを所持していた上、2019年7月から9月の間に、メッセージアプリ『WhatsApp』を使用して、3人の女性に29個の画像やビデオファイルを送信していた容疑がかけられていた。
そんな中29日、デュッセルドルフ地方裁判所に出廷したメッツェルダー氏は公判に臨み、26個の送付は証明されているとのこと。一部のケースでは、所持していたことで罰せられることとなった。
裁判所は最終判決を出していないものの、メッツェルダー氏は10カ月の保護観察処分になったとのことだ。
裁判所は、メッツェルダー氏が法律に抵触していないとし、児童ポルノファイルを予期せぬ女性にまで送っていたとした。
また、裁判官はメッツェルダーが誠実で悔い改めを示したとし、自身の行為を認め、自ら治療を受け始めているとした。

バルセロナが19歳の至宝ヴィルツに関心、代理人の父親と接触するも…
