スペイン代表のルイス・エンリケ監督が、ラ・ロハデビューを果たしたウォルバーハンプトンのFWアダマ・トラオレを賞賛した。スペイン『マルカ』が伝えている。スペイン代表は7日に敵地でポルトガル代表と対戦してゴールレスドロー。この試合でA・トラオレは0-0で迎えた62分からプレーすると、持ち味のパワフルなドリブルからチャンスを演出するなど、存在感を示した。

昨年11月にスペイン代表に初招集された際に負傷の影響でデビューがお預けとなっていたトラオレは、9月の代表活動時に招集されるも、新型コロナウイルス(COVID-19)の陽性反応が確認されデビューのチャンスを再び逃していた。
そして、訪れた3回目のチャンスで代表デビューを果たした同選手に関して、エンリケ監督は「相手にとって恐怖」と絶賛している。

「アダマは最も彼らしい形でプレーしていたね。相手に恐怖を与える能力を備えている。ゴールにはならなかったけど、ダニ・オルモにキラーパスを出していた。1人の選手では彼を止めることはできず、2人でマークに行かなければいけない」

「特別な瞬間がたくさんある」メッシがバルセロナ時代を回想、大きく影響を受けた人物は「2人いる」

21世紀の出場試合数ランキング発表! 首位は1145試合のC・ロナウド、トップ10に日本人選手がランクイン

「99%の希望を失った」スペインの名医がガビの負傷に言及「劇的な状況になってしまう」、原因は「選手の試合数」

若手のケガに苦い思いのバルセロナ、絶賛成長期の16歳ヤマル起用見直しへ

「王者として重要な大会を戦わなければ」代表招集拒否のスペイン女子代表選手たちの声明、同意しなかったW杯優勝メンバーが理由を明かす「私は何よりもプレーしたい」
