スペイン代表のルイス・エンリケ監督が、かつての同僚であるジョゼップ・グアルディオラ監督についてコメントした。ルイス・エンリケ監督とグアルディオラ監督は、バルセロナやスペイン代表でチームメイトとしてプレー。監督になってからもグアルディオラ監督の後任としてルイス・エンリケ監督がバルセロナBの監督に就任するなど、縁が深い2人となっている。

グアルディオラ監督はマンチェスター・シティで現在指揮を執っているが、先日イベントで2023年の契約満了でチームを去ることを示唆。その際に「次は代表監督」と目標を語っており、話題となった。
そんな中、26日にカタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)欧州予選に向けたスペイン代表メンバーを発表したルイス・エンリケ監督。その会見で、グアルディオラ監督について問われ、スペイン代表の監督になるべきだと語った。

「ペップ・グアルディオラがスペイン代表の監督になることを願っている。それは完璧だろう」
「我々の代表チームが彼の管理下に置かれた状況を見たい。スペインにこれ以上の監督がいるとは思えない」

監督としての手腕は知っての通り。ルイス・エンリケ監督も自身の退任後にはグアルディオラ監督に継いでもらいたいと考えているようだ。

1チームに1人欲しかった“万能型サイドバック”、ジャンルカ・ザンブロッタ

1位はフォロワー1340万人の最もセクシーな選手…インフルエンサーとしても注目の女子W杯出場選手トップ10! 一流クラブでプレーするトップ選手がずらり

データおよびテクノロジーにおけるリーディングカンパニーの「ニールセン・グレースノート」が、オーストラリア&ニュージーランド女子ワールドカップ(W杯)に出場する選手のインフルエンサーとしてのランキングを発表した。 なでしこジャパンも出場する女子W杯。開幕までおよそ1カ月となった中で、各国の出場選手も決定している。 「ニールセン・グレースノート」は出場する選手の中での、インフルエンサーとしてのランキングを発表。フォロワーやフォロワーの増加、エンゲージメント率など、インスタグラム上の投稿ごとの平均ブランド価値を評価してランキングを発表した。 トップ10が発表され、実に9カ国の選手がランクイン。アメリカ女子代表のみが唯一2選手がランクインしている。 1位に輝いたのは、アストン・ビラでプレーするスイス女子代表のアリーシャ・レーマン。世界一セクシーなアスリートとしても知られ、インスタグラムのフォロワーは1340万人。元プロテニスプレーヤーのロジャー・フェデラーを超え、インスタグラムで最も人気のあるスイス人アスリートとなっている。 アストン・ビラでは2シーズンでFA女子スーパーリーグ(FAWSL)で43試合に出場し7ゴール。スイス代表としても38キャップを記録している。 2位には、バルセロナのエースでありスペイン女子代表のエースでもあるMFアレクシア・プテジャス。フォロワーは280万人であり、1位のレーマンがどれほどのフォロワーを抱えているかがわかる。 「99%の希望を失った」スペインの名医がガビの負傷に言及「劇的な状況になってしまう」、原因は「選手の試合数」

「これは一体何?」「誰にも似合わない」新たな色を導入したスペイン代表のアウェイユニフォームに驚きの声続出「なんでこの配色に?」
