女子ワールドカップ(W杯)2019グループF第1節のアメリカ女子代表vsタイ女子代表が11日に行われ、13-0でアメリカが勝利した。
ディフェンディングチャンピンとして大会に臨むアメリカは、エースのFWアレックス・モーガンやMFカーリー・ロイドら主力選手が出場。すると、衝撃のゴールショーを繰り広げた。
先制点は12分、ボックス内右に仕掛けたロイドからのクロスを、モーガンがヘディングで合わせてネットを揺らす。20分にはローズ・ラベルがボックス手前から左足を振り抜くと、ゴール左隅に決まり追加点。32分にはボックス手前のFKから、最後はリンジー・ホランが詰めて3点目を奪う。
前半は3点のリードを得たアメリカだったが、後半にその攻撃陣が爆発する。
50分、サマンサ・メウィスが強烈なシュートをたたき込むと、53分にはFKを繋いでモーガンが追加点。54分にはメウィスが2点目を奪うと、56分にはラベルもこの試合2点目を奪い、一気にリードを7点とする。

第二のプリシッチ現れるか! プリシッチが地元にトレーニング施設を開設 「すべての子供たちに刺激を」
