ドイツ代表FWマルコ・ロイスは、フランス代表とのドローにまずまずの手応えを感じているようだ。

ドイツは6日、UEFAネーションズリーグ第1節で現世界王者のフランスと対戦。リーグAのグループ1で同居した新旧世界王者の対決はスコアレスドローに終わっている。ロイスは「90分を通して良いプレーだったし、後半はチャンスがあった」と話し、ドイツに向けられていた批判にピッチで応えたかったとしている。

「正しい反応を見せたかった。とてもコンパクトで良かった。もう少しの運があれば、勝てただろう」

また、同様にDFジェローム・ボアテングも試合について「とてもポジティブな結果だ」とし、このように振り返った。

「世界王者を相手に良いプレーができた。ワールドカップ後の立ち直りとしては悪くないものだったと思う。チャンスはあったが、(アルフォンス)アレオラが良い仕事をしたね」

向けられている批判に対しても「僕らは同じチームだ。ワールドカップのようなことはどんなときも起こりうる。それは僕らにクオリティがないということを意味するわけではない」と語っている。

W杯で日本と対戦するドイツ代表の呼称「ディー・マンシャフト」が廃止に…7月末に結論

カタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)では、日本代表とも対戦するドイツ代表だが、その“愛称”について議論がなされている。 2014年のブラジルW杯では優勝を果たしているドイツ代表。チームの愛称として「Die Mannschaft(ディー・マンシャフト)」が採用されている。これはW杯制覇後の2015年にドイツ代表のマネージャーを務めるオリバー・ビアホフ氏が呼称として導入したもの。意味は「これがチームだ」というものだが、廃止の方向で話が進んでいる。ドイツサッカー連盟(DFB)のベルント・ノイエンドルフ会長は、この呼称について終わる可能性があることを20日にコメント。7月末に結論を出すという。「終わりが来る。7月末に責任機関の会合が開かれ、決定が確実に下される。終わりのない話には興味がない」「今回の定性調査では、我々のイメージを固め、意見をまとめることができるはずだ。ただ、調査に依存することはない」この言葉の生みの親とも言われるビアホフ氏は「我慢すれば良い」と会長の決定を受け入れることを示唆。日本と対戦するときにはもう使われない愛称となっていそうだ。 2022.06.21 14:30 Tue

ドイツサッカー界きってのカップル、フンメルス夫妻に離婚危機が浮上
