バイエルンのフランス代表DFリュカ・エルナンデス(25)の2017年に起きた妻との暴力事件に関する訴訟について、実刑判決が現実味を帯びてきているようだ。『CNN』など複数メディアが報じている。
リュカ・エルナンデスはアトレティコ・マドリーに在籍していた2017年2月、元ガールフレンドで現妻のアメリアさんとマドリッドの通りの真ん中で取っ組み合いの騒動を起こしていた。
両者は相手を訴えることはなかったが、スペイン検察からドメスティックバイレンスとして有罪判決を受け、31日間の社会奉仕と6カ月間の接触禁止を命じられたが。しかし、個人的に和解した2人は直後に結婚し、ハネムーンへ。接触禁止令を破っていた。
そして2019年12月、バイエルンに移籍していたリュカ・エルナンデスは、マドリッドの地方裁判所から6カ月間の禁固刑を言い渡された。その判決を巡って18日に出廷し、10日以内に自主的に刑務所入りするよう命じられた。
異議申し立てを行っているが、伝えられるところではリュカ・エルナンデスにはDVの前科が2つあり、前述の社会奉仕を完了していないとも言われているため、不利との見方もあるようだ。

スケッチャーズがサッカースパイク界に進出!契約第1号はバイエルン移籍のイングランド代表FWケイン
