ダフト・パンク再結成? バロンドールのトロフィーを届けた黒いヘルメット2人組の正体は…

ボイコット表明のスペイン女子代表選手たちが活動に集合、処分の可能性拭えず渋々…バロンドール連覇のプテジャス「最悪」

何か、雲行きが変わってきた…/原ゆみこのマドリッド
「世間がバケーション真っ盛りになった途端、動き出したのね」そんな風に私がアトレティコの豹変ぶりに驚いていたのは日曜日、前日のル・ノルマン(レアル・ソシエダから移籍)、セルロート(同ビジャレアル)入団正式発表に続き、お昼にはハビ・ゲラ(バレンシア)加入にもメドがついたという報を読んだ時のことでした。いやあ、7月中はまったく新顔が見えず、お隣さんがサンティアゴ・ベルナベウでエムバペ(同PSG)、エンドリック(同パルメイラス)と、メガ入団プレゼンしているのを横目で見ながら、モタモタしているフロントに腹を立てていたものですけどね。 だってえ、メンフィス・デパイ(契約終了)に続き、モラタ(契約破棄金を払ってミランに移籍)退団後のCF補強ですら、2週間以上も決定秒読みと言われていたドブビク(ジローナからローマに移籍)に振られる始末で、第2候補だったセルロートの名が出てきたのはほんの数日前。まさかこんなに早く決まるとは思わなかったんですが、とうとう念願のMFまで来てくれるとは、バリオスもスペイン五輪代表のお勤め中だけに有難かったと。 ただ、ハビ・ゲラに関してはまだ正式発表がないのと、クラブが移籍金2500万ユーロ(約40億円)の彼と4000万ユーロ(約64億円)のギャラガー(チェルシー)を秤にかけている節もなきにしろあらず。よって、まだ確定とは言えませんが、その差額で浮いた分をフリアン・アルバレス(マンチェスター・シティ)獲得の足しにするって話はやっぱり、眉唾ですよねえ。 ただ、40分にはヒヤリもあって、藤田譲瑠チマ(シント=トロイデン)のスルーパスを細谷真大(柏レイソル)がクバルシ(バルサ)を背負いながらシュート。すわ同点かと思いきや、VAR(ビデオ審判)が3分近く、長々チェックした後、細谷選手の足先がわずかにオフサイドだったことが発覚し、スペインは難を逃れることに。気の毒にも彼の不運はロスタイム6分にも続き、FKからヘッドを撃ったところ、惜しくもポストに嫌われるなんてことがありましたが、前半はスペインの1点リードで終わります。 37分にはまた、細谷選手にエリック・ガルシア(バルサ)から奪ったボールを撃ち込まれた時もFKアルナウ・テナス(PSG)がparadon(パラドン/スーパーセーブ)で失点を防いでくれましたしね。最後は40分、CKから、アベル・ルイス(ジローナ)が敵のクリアミスを押し込んで、3点目をゲット。ロスタイムが5分と短かったのも幸いして、そのまま無事、0-3で準決勝進出が決まりましたっけ。ちなみに、もう月曜午後6時(日本時間翌午前1時)にはキックオフとなる、その試合の相手は大人のスペイン代表がW杯カタール大会で敗退させられたモロッコ。相手が同日の準々決勝でアメリカを4-0とボコボコにしていたことより、彼らのグループリーグ初戦アルゼンチン戦がスタンドから大量侵入してきたモロッコ人ファンにより、2時間も試合中断の憂き目に。今度の開催地、マルセイユもモロッコ人の移民人口が多いだけにむしろ、そっちの方が心配ですが、スペインの選手たちも日本戦快勝に慢心せず、心して乗り込まないとですよね。 そして翌土曜には女子の番が回ってきたんですが、男子と同じリヨンでコロンビアと対戦した彼女たちはレアル・マドリー並の根性のremontada(レモンターダ/逆転劇)精神を備えていたことを証明。そう、前半12分にはカウンターから、マイラ(チェルシー)に先制ゴールを許し、後半8分にもカイセド(マドリー)のシュートはGKカタ・コル(バルサ)が弾いたものの、レイシー(ワシントン・スピリット)にゴール前から蹴り込まれ、まさかの2点ビハインドとなった時には、私も男子たちの後を追って、マルセイユに行くのは無理かなと思ったもんでしたけどね。 それが何と、後半34分、アレクシア・プテジャス(バルサ)と交代で入っていたジェニ・エルモーソ(ティグレ)が1点を返して、反撃の狼煙を上げると、10分とこの日も長かったロスタイムの7分目にはサルマ(バルサ)のクロスを土壇場戦法で前線に上がっていたCBパレデス(バルサ)が同点ゴールにしてしまうんですから、凄い底力じゃないですか。試合はそのまま延長戦に入ったため、夜9時からのプレシーズンマッチにコリセウムに行かないといけなかった私はメトロの中で続きをスマホで追うことになったんですが、その前後半30分にはずっと、攻めまくっていながら、スペインは勝ち越し点を挙げられず。 2-2のまま、パビ(デポルティボ・カリ)やカイセドを負傷で失っていたコロンビアが唯一の希望を託したPK戦入りしてしまったんですが、いやあ、やはりW杯とネーションズリーグ・ファイナルフォーのダブル女王は格が違う?グループリーグ最終節のブラジル戦で鼻中骨骨折し、その日はユーロのエムバペ(フランス)ばりのフェイスガードを着用していたGKカタ・コルがまさか、出だしに相手の第1キッカー、ウスマ(パチューカ)を弾いてしまうとは!これで心を挫かれたコロンビアは第3キッカーのサラサル(ミジョナリオ)も枠を外してしまい、逆にマリオナ(アーセナル)、エバ・ナバーロ(マドリー)、サルマが成功。そして4人目のバロンドール女子、ボンマティ(バルサ)ももちろん決めて、2-4で準決勝進出を勝ち取っているんですから、逞しいっちゃありゃしませんって。 そんなスペイン女子は火曜午後9時(日本時間翌午前4時)に再び、ブラジルと準決勝となるんですが、こちらの懸念は、相手は準々決勝フランス戦を0-1の辛勝ながら、90分で終えていることで、120分戦った後、中2日で挑む彼女たちが消耗から回復できるかどうか。前回はローテーションしながらもアテニア(マドリー)、プテジャスがゴールを挙げて、0-2で勝っているため、体力さえ戻っていれば、問題はないはずですが、男女揃って、パリでの決勝戦に行けるといいですよね。 「本当に泣ける…」スペイン相手に劇的勝利、日本代表選手たちが勝利後のロッカー&バスで歌った曲は?久保建英がスピーカー持ってファンの前に

「激アツ」「どっちも可愛い」長谷川唯の“激レア”スペイン代表ユニフォーム姿が話題! イニエスタにも例えられるボンマティの日本代表ユニも話題「なんかエモい」

21世紀の出場試合数ランキング発表! 首位は1145試合のC・ロナウド、トップ10に日本人選手がランクイン
