NECナイメヘンの元デンマーク代表MFラッセ・シェーネ(37)。稀代のフリーキッカーはもう1年、ピッチに立つことを決めた。オランダ『Voetbal International』が伝える。
日本代表FW小川航基、そしてMF佐野航大が所属するオランダ1部・エールディビジのNECは17日、キャプテンを担う37歳シェーネとの契約を1年間更新したと発表。
このシェーネ、母国デンマークでプロデビュー後、現在に至るまで約20年間ほとんどの時期をオランダで過ごし、イングランドやスペイン歴もないが、抜群の知名度を誇る存在。なぜなら、当代屈指のフリーキッカーだからだ。
もはや伝説と言ってもよいのが、アヤックスで中軸を担っていた18-19シーズン。
チャンピオンズリーグ(CL)ラウンド16でレアル・マドリーと対峙し、敵地2ndレグ…シェーネは2戦合計4-3で迎えた72分、左サイドの角度のない位置から弾丸FKを叩き込み、結果マドリーを2戦合計5-3で下したアヤックスが8強入り。名手ティボー・クルトワはシェーネの凄まじい一撃に呆気に取られ、マドリーはCL4連覇が絶たれている。
シェーネはオランダ国内のタイトルを総なめしたアヤックスを退団後、イタリアでの1年半とヘーレンフェーンを経て、若手時代に所属したNECへ2度目の加入。気づけばエールディビジで通算「442」試合出場…外国籍選手で歴代最多の数字だ。
元々は今季でキャリアを終える意向だったようだが、NEC幹部の必死の説得により、契約を1年更新。今季に入って途中出場とケガが増えたことも影響し、22年3月を最後にFKからのゴールがないシェーネ…来季は是非とも観たいし、ストライカー小川にはたくさんFKを獲得してもらいたい。

レアル・マドリーは補強の計画性がバッチリ。若い選手も忍耐強く起用すれば、価値が上がる。
2013-14シーズンに通算10度目のチャンピオンズリーグ(CL)制覇“ラ・デジマ”を成し遂げてから、欧州での復権に成功したマドリー。
ここから10年間で5度のCL制覇。唯一無二のカリスマであるジネディーヌ・ジダンがボスを務めた時代は、現行のフォーマットで前人未到となる3連覇も。欧州のサッカー史上もっとも成功を収めたクラブ…それがマドリーだ。
スペイン『Relevo』は、ここ10年ほどでマドリーが上げた成果を経営面からも評価。
今日現在、マドリーでトップチームに登録されている24選手の市場価値は総額10億1000万ユーロ(約1714億円)。頭がクラッときてしまいそうな、とてつもない額だ。
ただ、これらの選手を獲得するのに費やした額は5億6900万ユーロ(約966億円)で、なんと4億4100万ユーロ(約748億円)ものプラスが。個人差あれど、マドリーに加入した選手は軒並み自らの価値を高めていることがよくわかる。
また、25歳以下の選手に限ってもその傾向は同じ。
25歳以下10人の市場価値は総額7億9100万ユーロ(約1342億円)だが、獲得に費やしたのは3億5750万ユーロ(約606億円)…プラスは4億3350万ユーロ(約736億円)となる。
マドリーは必然的に市場価値が下がる20代後半以降の選手(例:ルカ・モドリッチ、トニ・クロース)をのぞき、移籍金を支払って獲得した選手で価値を下げたのは、アルダ・ギュレルのみとなっている。ギュレルはこれからだ。

レアル・マドリーのクロアチア代表MFルカ・モドリッチが、現役引退を表明したドイツ代表MFトニ・クロースへメッセージを送った。
21日、クロースは今シーズン限りでの現役引退を発表。ドイツ代表として臨むユーロ2024を最後に、スパイクを脱ぐ決断をした。
モドリッチは2012年夏にトッテナムからマドリーに加入。その2年後、2014年夏にクロースはバイエルンからマドリーへと加入。そこから2人は10年間中盤で関係を築いた。
近年は互いにベテランの領域に入り、マドリーとの契約が騒がしい状況に。今シーズンはそれぞれ契約を延長してプレーしていた中、モドリッチは来シーズンもプレーすることが濃厚に。一足先に、クロースがチームを去ることとなった。
マドリーではラ・リーガで4回、コパ・デル・レイで1回、チャンピオンズリーグ(CL)で4回、クラブ・ワールドカップで5回優勝。UEFAスーパーカップも4回優勝するなど、数多くのタイトルを共に獲得してきた。
モドリッチは自身のインスタグラムを更新。クロースとの思い出の2ショットをアップし、別れを惜しんだ。

レアル・マドリーのドイツ代表MFトニ・クロース(34)が現役引退を表明した。今夏開催されるユーロ2024を最後に引退する。
マドリーに2014年7月に加入してから10年が経過。常にチームの中心としてプレーをし続け、今シーズンもラ・リーガで32試合に出場し1ゴール8アシストを記録し、リーグ優勝に貢献。チャンピオンズリーグ(CL)でも11試合でプレーし1アシストを記録。決勝進出に貢献した。
マドリーでは、25日に行われるラ・リーガ最終節のレアル・ベティス戦、そして6月1日のドルトムントとのCL決勝を残すのみとなったクロースは、自身のインスタグラムを通じて声明を発表。今シーズン限りでの現役引退を表明した。
「2014年7月17日、レアル・マドリーでのプレゼンテーションの日、僕の人生を変えた日だ。サッカー選手としての僕の人生、そして何よりも1人の人間としての人生。それは世界最大のクラブでの新たな生活の始まりだった。10年後の今日、シーズンの終わりに、このキャリアに終止符が打たれる」
「このエキサイティングで成功した10年間を決して忘れることはない」

プロキャリアではバイエルン、レバークーゼンでもプレーしたクロース。バイエルンでは公式戦205試合で24ゴール49アシスト、レバークーゼンでは48試合10ゴール13アシストを記録。10シーズン在籍したマドリーでは、ここまで公式戦463試合に出場し28ゴール98アシストを記録している。
数多くのタイトルを獲得しており、バイエルン時代はブンデスリーガ、DFBポカールで3度ずつ優勝。クラブ・ワールドカップ(W杯)とCLも1度ずつ優勝した。マドリーではラ・リーガで4回、コパ・デル・レイで1回、CLで4回、クラブW杯で5回優勝。UEFAスーパーカップはバイエルンで1回、マドリーで4回優勝している。
ドイツ代表としても108試合で17ゴールを記録。2014年のブラジルW杯で優勝を経験。最後に自国開催のユーロを獲得できるか、残りわずかとなったクロースのキャリアに注目だ。

レアル・マドリーがトルコ代表MFアルダ・ギュレル(19)を来シーズンも手元に残すようだ。スペイン『マルカ』が報じた。
昨夏、フェネルバフチェからの完全移籍でマドリーに加わったギュレル。シーズン前半はケガで棒に振ったが、1月にデビューして以降はその才能の大きさを徐々に示し、ラ・リーガの直近5試合では5ゴールの結果を残している。
4月26日の第33節レアル・ソシエダ戦では、リーグ戦初先発ながら決勝ゴールを決める活躍を見せ、カルロ・アンチェロッティ監督もそのパフォーマンスを称賛。「来シーズンも彼がここに残るのは間違いない」とコメントしていた。
しかし、マドリーの首脳陣はギュレルがこういった活躍を見せる前から、来シーズンも残すことを決断していたとのこと。アンチェロッティ監督のマネジメント力を信頼しており、競争が激しいなかでもこの19歳の才能を伸ばせると考えているようだ。
来シーズンのマドリーは、パウメイラスのブラジル代表FWエンドリッキ(17)の加入が内定しているほか、パリ・サンジェルマン(PSG)のフランス代表FWキリアン・ムバッペ(25)の加入も有力。中盤を見れば、クロアチア代表MFルカ・モドリッチ(38)やドイツ代表MFトニ・クロース(34)も残留の気配が漂っているが、ギュレルはどれだけプレータイムを伸ばせるのだろうか。
