「この30年は無駄じゃなかった」青森山田を名門校にし、プロでは1年目で結果…町田・黒田剛監督が逆風を語る「それが私のモチベーション」
悲願のJ2優勝、J1昇格を果たしたFC町田ゼルビア。就任1年目で結果を残した黒田剛監督が、自身が監督キャリアを築いた青森への感謝を口にした。 青森山田高校を名門校に育て上げ、青森山田中学校を含めて6年間育てた選手が多くプロ選手になっている実績もある黒田監督。初めてプロを指揮したのが、今シーズンの町田だった。 シーズン開幕前は、学生・アマチュアとは違うという声が多く、懐疑的な目が向けられていた中でシーズン序盤から結果を残し、第2節から6連勝を記録。その後も安定した戦いを続けた町田。長らく首位を走り、昇格争いのライバルたちが勝ち点を取りこぼしても、町田はしっかりと積み上げていき独走状態となっていた。 その町田は22日に行われたアウェイでのロアッソ熊本戦で悲願のJ1昇格を決めると、28日に行われた清水エスパルスvsロアッソ熊本の試合で2位の清水が敗戦。2試合を残し勝ち点差が「8」のままとなり、町田のJ2優勝も決定していた。 昇格と優勝が決定した中で迎えた29日の明治安田生命J2リーグ第40節のツエーゲン金沢戦。試合は3分にU-22日本代表FW平河悠がゴールを決めて先制すると、この1点を守り切り1-0で勝利。ホーム最終戦で優勝と昇格に花を添えた。 試合後に黒田監督は高校生とプロの違いについて言及。批判的な声を見返したいと思っていたとし、教員として高校生相手に28年間指導を続けたことが生きたと語った。 「自分の中では高校サッカーの中である程度のところで結果は出しましたが、そこで積み上げたこと、経験したことがプロの世界で通用するかどうかは、私自身も不透明であったし、力や通用するかしないかを疑う意見も多かったです」 「逆にそれが私のモチベーション、パワーとなり、何がなんでも見返してやろう、結果を出してやろうという気持ちにさせてくれたのも、青森山田で監督としてやってきた28年間があったからこその気持ちだったと思います」 「この間、教員としてやってきた分、人に伝えること、選手たちに実践させることというのは、改めてプロになっても通用するんだと感じ取れましたし、選手たちがその言葉を理解してすぐに実践してくれたこと。そこが今年1年の成果になったと思います」 「教員を含めて28年間、講師を入れれば29年間になりますが、青森山田で諸先生方に色々なことを教わり、色々な経験、体験をさせていただいたこと、その力がこうした結果がもたらせたと言えるので、本当に感謝したいと思います」 自身が積み上げた事を結果として残せた黒田監督。選手たちがついてきてくれたことももちろん大きい。 この町田には、自身が青森山田で指導したMFバスケス・バイロン、DF藤原優大、MF宇野禅斗が所属。彼らへの親心があるとしながらも、プロと高校生との関わり方は違うと改めて感じたという。 「サッカーというものを職業としている選手ですから、育成年代とは違って、守るべき家族がいたり、自分の人生をかけて飛び込んだ職業なので、選手たちに寄り添いながら、彼らをリスペクトしながら接していかなければいけない。言葉もかなり選びましたし、寄り添い方も高校生とは全く違うなと」 「高校生ほど1つの指示に対して反応が大きくあるわけではないですけど、高校生として違うのはしっかりと理解して、即座に実践してくれること。ピッチ内で言われたこと、求めていることをしっかりやってくれることは、高校生の理解力ではなく、大人、プロ選手だなと実感しました」 「卒業生3選手については、私がここに来るまでの間、各チームでそれぞれ頑張っていたところはあったと思いますが、彼らに対しても、何歳であろうと、高校生のような扱いはできないですし、1人のサッカー選手として接してきたという自負はあります」 「その中で、3年ないし6年間見てきた選手が3人いるわけですから、親心ではないですが、そういったものを持ちながら、歩み寄りながらこそっとアドバイスをしながらというのはあったと思います」 「彼らをこういった優勝を経験して、青森山田で優勝してきたことが蘇ったでしょうし、来年J1というステージで、またはそれぞれの道の中でこの経験を生かしてさらに成長してくれることを恩師として願っています」 違いを感じながらも、それをプラスに変えていった黒田監督。最後に、自身が指導者として成長した青森県の人々にも感謝の気持ちを伝えた。 「29年前になりますけども、右も左もわからず、出身札幌の地から青森に飛び込みました。その中で、もちろん苦労しましたし、18人の部員からスタートしましたけど、自分の中でまさかここに立っているなんて想像できませんでした」 「色々な先生方、色々な取り巻きの中で、育てていただき、経験させていただき、何よりも可愛い教え子たちと出会い、そこで培ったこと、学んだことはたくさんあります」 「それが大きく言えば、30年のこの歴史の中で学んだこと、経験したことがこの1年に集約されたことになりますし、その経験したことが、この1年FC町田ゼルビアにうまく還元できたとも思うので、この30年は無駄じゃなかったですし、青森から応援してくれる方々がいたことがこの結果に繋がったと思うので、本当に感謝しています」 <span class="paragraph-title">【写真】J2優勝&J1昇格の町田がホーム最終戦でファン・サポーターと歓喜分かち合う!</span> <span data-other-div="movie"></span> <blockquote class="instagram-media" data-instgrm-captioned data-instgrm-permalink="https://www.instagram.com/p/Cy-kcfDvRlu/?utm_source=ig_embed&utm_campaign=loading" data-instgrm-version="14" style=" background:#FFF; 「神レベル」「結構難しいシュート」田中碧が今季5点目、熾烈な優勝争いのリーズの勝利に貢献し最終節へ「碧の時代が来るな」

「石油王みたい」「すっかりアラブの人に」谷口彰悟がカタールの民族衣装を着こなし話題!鷹を腕に乗せる優雅な姿が反響「馴染みすぎや」

「ずっと仲良しでいいですね」「最高すぎる」堂安律もダブルピース! ハワイを共に楽しんだ相手は10年来の仲間「素敵です」
