スパーズに追い風! UEFA登録ルール変更でベン・デイビスがホームグロウン扱いに
欧州サッカー連盟(UEFA)の登録ルールへ変更によってトッテナムに追い風が吹いている。イギリス『ミラー』が伝えている。 7日にチャンピオンズリーグ(CL)のグループステージ初戦のマルセイユ戦を控えるトッテナムは、グループステージに向けた25名の登録メンバーを確定させた。 通常、自クラブのユースカテゴリーに所属する若手選手を除きトップチームの選手が登録されるAリストでは、25名中8名のホームグロウン選手を登録する必要がある。その条件を満たせない場合は、25名から不足人数に応じて登録削減を余儀なくされる。 そのホームグロウン選手に関しては、15歳から21歳の間に3年以上クラブに在籍している選手(クラブ養成選手)か、クラブが所属する協会内の他クラブに15歳から21歳の間に3年以上在籍している選手(協会養成選手)という規定があり、協会養成選手の上限は8名中4名までとなっている。 トッテナムではFWハリー・ケイン、MFオリヴァー・スキップ、DFジャフェット・タンガンガ、GKブランドン・オースティンがクラブ養成選手、DFジェド・スペンス、MFライアン・セセニョン、GKフレイザー・フォースターの3選手が協会養成選手として登録が可能だった。 しかし、残る1枠を埋めることができず、当初は最大登録人数を24名に制限される予定だったが、UEFAが今シーズンから登録ルールを変更したことで、これまで通常登録だったDFベン・デイビスをホームグロウン選手として登録可能となった。 ウェールズ代表のベン・デイビスは、母国のスウォンジー・シティのユース育ち。そのスウォンジーはその他のウェールズの一部クラブと同様に、トッテナムが属するイングランド・フットボールリーグ(EFL)で活動しているが、これまでUEFAは協会養成選手としての登録を頑なに認めていなかった。 しかし、今回のルール変更によって協会養成選手としての登録が可能となった。これにより、トッテナムはAリスト25名をフル活用できるようになり、登録メンバー外の可能性もあったスペイン代表FWブライアン・ヒルやセネガル代表MFパプ・マタル・サールらも無事登録されている。 ちなみに、イングランド代表DFエリック・ダイアーはポルトガルのスポルティングCPでユース時代を過ごしており、イングランド人選手ながらホームグロウン選手としての登録ができない。また、アイルランド代表DFマット・ドハーティは長らくイングランドでプレーしているものの、EFLとは異なるアイルランドの管轄にあるボヘミアンズでユース時代を過ごしたため、こちらも通常登録となる。 2022.09.06 23:19 Tue

スケッチャーズがサッカースパイク界に進出!契約第1号はバイエルン移籍のイングランド代表FWケイン
