16日、明治安田生命J2リーグ第35節の7試合が各地で行われた。
前節、終盤の逆転劇で3試合ぶりの勝利を手にした2位・ジュビロ磐田(勝ち点61)は19位・レノファ山口FC(勝ち点35)とホームで対戦。前半、磐田はセットプレーの流れからチャンスを作るも0-0のまま試合を折り返す。
後半にはペナルティアーク内の好位置で磐田がFKを獲得したが、キッカー松原后のシュートは惜しくも枠外。結局試合はゴールレスドローで終了し、勝ち点「1」を分け合う結果となった。
3試合負けなしで昇格プレーオフ出場圏内の5位につけるV・ファーレン長崎(勝ち点54)は17位・ブラウブリッツ秋田(勝ち点39)とのアウェイゲームに臨んだ。前半は長崎が押し込み、何度もチャンスを作るが、ポストにも嫌われ、ゴールにはあと一歩及ばず。
後半に入ると、今度は秋田にクロスバー直撃のシュートがあったが、両チームともにGKの好セーブが光り、0-0で試合終了。無敗記録を「4」に伸ばした長崎だが、4位・ヴェルディ(勝ち点60)との勝ち点差を縮めることはできなかった。
その他、7位のファジアーノ岡山(勝ち点51)は11位・モンテディオ山形(勝ち点48)に敗れ、後半アディショナルタイムに決勝ゴールを奪った8位・ジェフユナイテッド千葉(勝ち点51)が昇格プレーオフ圏内の6位に浮上している。
一方で、最下位に沈む大宮アルディージャ(勝ち点27)は20位につけるロアッソ熊本(勝ち点34)をホームに迎え撃ったが、0-3の敗北。2連敗で6戦勝ちなしとなり、逆転残留がまた一歩遠ざかっている。

ヒュンメルは、視覚障がい者支援に繋げる、点字加工を施したシャツをリリース。Jリーグ3クラブと共に発表した。
ヒュンメルは、“Change the World Through Sport.” (スポーツを通して世界を変える)をミッションに、人権、ジェンダー、平和をテーマに取り組みを進めており、昨シーズンは6クラブ協働で平和をテーマにしたチャリティシャツをリリース。今シーズンは視覚障がい者支援に繋げるチャリティシャツを作成した。
第1弾は明治安田生命J2リーグを戦うツエーゲン金沢。11月4日、明治安田生命J2リーグ第41節大分トリニータ戦でウォーミングアップ時と入場時に選手が着用することとなる。
金沢は、「挑戦を、この街の伝統に。」を理念に、ブラインドサッカーチーム「ツエーゲン金沢BFC」を立ち上げ、運営。視覚障がい者の方と共にサッカー観戦を楽しむ「Future Challenge Project」を2021年より実施するなど、地域の一員として地域課題の解決に共同で取り組んでおり、その一環として今回の点字シャツプロジェクトに参加した。
見えない、見えるにかかわらず、サポートするクラブを後押しするのが声援や手拍子。スタジアムで感じる応援を落とし込み、たくさんの手のひらが重なり、スタジアムの喜びをつくり出す様子をデザイン。重なった手のひらと共に、ツエーゲン金沢のエンブレムにも採用されている石川県の県花「クロユリ」が咲き乱れる様子を描いている。
第2弾として明治安田J2のジェフユナイテッド市原・千葉と共にリリース。9月23日、明治安田生命J2リーグ第36節ベガルタ仙台戦前の入場時などに選手が着用する。
同じコンセプトでのデザインとなり、ジェフカラーで彩られる中、重なった手のひらが、千葉県の県花「菜の花」としてスタジアムに広がる様子をイメージしているという。
そして第3弾としてガンバ大阪と共にリリース。9月24日、明治安田生命J1リーグ第28節浦和レッズ戦前の入場時に選手が着用する。
デザインは、重なった手のひらと共に、ガンバ大阪のスローガンにもある青い炎を描き、熱狂が生み出される様子をイメージしたという。
3チームともに、胸部はクラブ名、右にはホームタウン、その他、クラブスローガンや理念を点字で配置。また、ヒュンメルのロゴも点字で表したものとなる。

セリエD(イタリア4部)に所属するアクラガスは22日、元日本代表FW森本貴幸(35)の獲得を発表した。
東京ヴェルディ下部組織出身の森本はユース在籍当時の2004年3月にJ1史上最年少記録となる15歳10カ月6日で公式戦デビュー。2006年から海外に移り、カターニャ、ノヴァーラ、アル・ナスルでプレーすると、2013年夏から日本に帰国した。
Jリーグ復帰後は、ジェフユナイテッド千葉、川崎フロンターレ、アビスパ福岡でプレー。2020年10月にはギリシャ3部のコザニFCに加入も、新型コロナウイルス(COVID-19)の影響で5カ月で退団。2021年2月にパラグアイのスポルティボ・ルケーニョへと加入していた。
しかし、デビュー前に酒気帯び運転でひき逃げ事故を起こすなど、サッカー以外のことで話題に。その後デビューを果たしたが、2021年6月に退団。その後はフリーの状態が続いていたが、2022年5月に台湾の台中FUTUROへ加入。
台中FUTUROでは、約1年間の在籍で台湾1部リーグ15試合に出場し1ゴールをマークしていた。
なお、森本がイタリアに復帰するのはカターニャを退団した2013年8月以来、10年ぶりとなる。

水戸ホーリーホックは18日、ジェフユナイテッド千葉からFWブワニカ啓太(20)の期限付き移籍加入を発表した。背番号は「27」。加入期間は2024年1月31日までで、契約中は千葉戦に出られない。
ブワニカは修徳高校在学中の2020年10月に千葉の特別指定選手となり、翌年に正式入団。ルーキーイヤーから一定数の出番を掴み、今季もここまで明治安田生命J2リーグ16試合で2得点だった。
限定的な出場機会が続く千葉を離れ、水戸にさらなる出番を求めるブワニカは新天地の公式サイトを通じて、意気込みを語っている。
「ジェフユナイテッド千葉から期限付き移籍してきました。ブワニカ啓太です。水戸ホーリーホックという素晴らしい魅力のあるクラブに、家族として加われたことを本当に嬉しく思います」

ジェフユナイテッド千葉は2日、観客のルール違反と処分を報告した。
違反行為は、7月29日に行われた明治安田生命J2リーグ第28節のレノファ山口FC戦。ホームゲームとなった中、Jリーグ統一禁止事項及び、ジェフユナイテッド市原・千葉試合運営管理規定に違反する行為が行われたことが確認されたという。
対象者はホーム自由席の観戦者1名。フィールドへ物を投げ込んだとのことだ。
なお、処分内容は、第29節から第33節までの5試合の入場禁止とのことだ。
試合はホームの千葉が4-0と快勝を収めていた。
