アストン・ビラは11日、ベティスからスペイン人DFアレックス・モレノ(29)を完全移籍で獲得した。背番号は｢15｣を着用する。

なお、契約期間や移籍金は明かされていないが、イギリス『スカイ・スポーツ』はアストン・ビラは1330万ポンド(約21億円)の移籍金で合意に至ったと報じている。

バルセロナの下部組織出身で、マジョルカやラージョ・バジェカーノを経て2019年夏にベティス入りしたモレノ。加入1年目から左サイドバックのレギュラーの座を確保し、昨季はコパ・デル・レイ優勝に貢献した。

ビラを率いるウナイ・エメリ監督は、公式サイトで獲得したモレノについて以下のように語っている。

アストン・ビラがスタジアム改修をスタート、ユーロ2028の会場となり5万人収容に変貌へ

2024バロンドールはロドリが初受賞! ヴィニシウスやベリンガムらマドリー3選手抑えての受賞に
