カタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)にもドイツ代表として参加していたGKマヌエル・ノイアーが、休暇中に足を骨折。今シーズンが終了したことがわかった。バイエルンが発表した。ドイツ代表のキャプテンであり正守護神としてW杯を戦ったノイアー。日本代表との試合では2失点を喫して敗れると、グループステージでまさかの敗退となっていた。
W杯が早々に終わってしまったこともあり、休暇に入っていた中、ノイアーはスキーをしていたとのこと。しかし、9日に転倒し右脚を骨折。既に手術を行ったとのことだ。
バイエルンの最高責任者(CEO)を務めるオリバー・カーン氏は「マヌエルのケガのニュースは我々全員に衝撃を与えた。我々は彼のそばに立ち、彼が復帰に向けて共に歩む。この重傷から回復し、かつてないほど力強くピッチに戻ってくるだろう」とコメントしている。

何故そこにGKが? 意味不明、味方3人より前でノイアーが鮮やかなサイドチェンジを決め話題沸騰

スケッチャーズがサッカースパイク界に進出!契約第1号はバイエルン移籍のイングランド代表FWケイン
