鹿島の新コーチングスタッフが決定、元フットサル日本代表の鈴木隆二氏ら

鹿島アントラーズは29日、新たなコーチングスタッフを発表した。

鹿島は今シーズンから指揮官に就任したレネ・ヴァイラー監督と契約を解除。岩政大樹コーチが監督に就任していた。

ヴァイラー監督の退任に際し、ドラガン・ムルジャ コーチ、マヌエル・クレクラー フィジカルコーチも契約解除となっていたが、今回新たにコーチ陣が決定した。
コーチには清水エスパルスの普及部コーチを務め、スペインでもユースレベルでの指導経験があり、今シーズンまでは東京ヴェルディで強化部メソッドディレクターを務めていた坪井健太郎氏(40)が就任した。

また、元フットサル日本代表でありFリーグの名古屋オーシャンズでもプレー。引退後は、スペインのユースレベルでの監督やフットサル日本代表、U-20フットサル日本代表の監督で、今年は早稲田大学ア式蹴球部のコーチを務めていた鈴木隆二氏(43/写真)が就任した。
さらに、フィジカルアドバイザーには、ドイツ代表のフィジカルコーチや、日本代表、中国女子代表、杭州緑城FCのフィジカルコンディショニングアドバイザー、アメリカ代表、ロサンゼルス・ギャラクシー、ヴィッセル神戸のフィジカルコーチを務めていた咲花正弥氏(48)が就任することとなった。

なお、坪井氏、鈴木氏は30日に合流。咲花氏は現在アメリカ在住であり、今季は2度来日してフィジカルコンディショニングに関するアドバイスを行っていく予定とのことだ。

また、中村幸聖アシスタントコーチがコーチへ変更となる。

日本代表を牽引する伊東純也を目標に掲げた鹿島MF松村優太、パリ五輪への思い「本気で目指している」

U-21日本代表のMF松村優太(鹿島アントラーズ)がメディアのオンライン取材に応じた。 ドバイカップU-23に出場するU-21日本代表は20日、活動をスタートさせた。 すぐにドバイへと渡り、23日にU-23クロアチア代表、26日にU-23カタール代表、29日に順位決定戦が行われることとなる。 コロナ禍となり、国際大会が中止になり続けてしまった世代でもあるパリ五輪世代。およそ3年ぶりの国際試合となる松村は今回の遠征への意気込みを語った。 「海外の選手とやるということもそうですし、海外の環境もそうですし、日本にいるときではなかなかできない経験が海外遠征ではできるので、得られるものは全て持ち帰りたいと思います」 その松村だが、この世代で招集されるのは久々。先日行われたU-21日本代表の合宿には招集されていなかった。 鹿島で指揮も執っていた大岩剛監督率いるチームに入ることになるが、大岩監督の印象については「鹿島に入団した時と大岩監督が退任されたことが重なって直接関わりはないんですが、鹿島で指揮を執ってきた監督であり、僕が鹿島でやっていることで、共通点はないですが、そこは一緒です」と同じ鹿島というチームを知っているところは同じだとし、通ずるものが少なからずあるようだ。 ただ、今回の招集には驚いたとのこと。「去年からケガの影響もあり、昨日初めて試合に出たぐらいなので、選ばれた時は驚いたこともありましたが、せっかく選ばれたので、同世代のレベルの高い選手たちの中で揉まれながらしっかりアピールしていく部分はアピールしていきたいと思います」とコメント。ケガで見せられていないものの、かつて大きな期待を寄せられていた部分を見せたいとした。 久々の海外遠征となるが、海外の選手と対戦した3年前を振り返った松村。「前回は高校生で、体の大きさは顕著に出ていました。フィジカルの部分で、日本では出てこないところに足が出てきた入りとかは差を感じました」と、相手との体格差を感じたとした。 ただ、「個人の技術的な部分は日本人の方が優れていたかなという感じです。体の差がある分、自分ならばドリブルなどでチャレンジしていければと思います」と、普段より抜きづらい環境でも、持ち味を出していきたいとした。 パリ五輪は2年後。今年は予選も控えており、近づいてきている感がある。五輪の位置付けについては「自分の世代がオリンピックの世代になっている思いは高校生ぐらいの時からありました。ただ当時は現実的なものではなかったですが、プロ入って3年目で、現実的に目指す大会だと思います」と、リアルに感じているとのこと。「選手の最終目標というわけではないですが、大事になる大会だと思いますし、今は本気で目指しています」と、ゴールはその先にありながらも、現時点で目指す目標だと認識しているようだ。 今回久々に招集され、チームメイトやかつて一緒に戦ったメンバーもいる中、楽しみな選手にはFC東京のMF松木玖生の名前を挙げた。 松木とは、松村が静岡学園高校の3年生、松木が青森山田高校の1年生の時に全国高校サッカー選手権大会の決勝で対戦。静岡学園が優勝を果たしていた。 それ以来の対面となる松木について「(松木)玖生は選手権の決勝でやって以来で、今日会って『お久しぶりです』と言われて、初めて喋ってピッチの中での印象とは全然違いました」とコメント。「同じ境遇でプロに入った僕は全然試合に絡めなかったですが、彼は開幕からずっとスタートで出ていて、プロの世界でずっしり構えて、特徴を出せているので、同じ境遇でプロに入ったことを考えるとすごいことだなと思います。メンタル面もすごいです」と、高卒ルーキーながらレギュラーとなっていることに驚いているという。 また、「僕が知っている松木くんはガツガツしていると思っていましたが、実際は優しい子なので、一緒にプレーしたいと思っていますし、楽しみです」と、同じピッチに立つことを楽しみにしているとした。 松村のポテンシャルは高校時代から高く評価され、そのスピードとドリブル突破は大きな武器だった。しかし、昨シーズンはケガなどもあり終盤に離脱。今季は19日の湘南ベルマーレ戦で初出場となっていた。 なかなか自分が思い描いていたキャリアにはまだなっていない松村。「当初の目標というのは、高校卒業してそのまま試合に出続けるというのがプロに入った時の目標でした。それはなかなか叶っていないところではありますし、享年はケガをしました」と、目標とは遠い状況になっているとした。 しかし、「自分自身あまりケガをしたことがなくて、初めて長い間プレーできず、すごくもどかしい気持ちだったり、スタッフにも早くやらせてくださいと言ってしまったりもありました。今まで経験しなかったサッカー人生では大きな挫折でもあり、何カ月も動いちゃダメという期間もありました。鹿島の試合や同世代のプレーを指を咥えて見ていたわけではなく、自分のできることをやっていました」と、ケガも1つのキャリアのポイントだったとし、できることをやることはしていたと語った。 その中で今シーズンはレネ・ヴァイラー監督を迎えるなど、鹿島はチームとして大きな改革を行っている。「鹿島は新監督を迎えて、やろうとするモデルに自分は合っていると思っているので、新たな体制でしっかりアピールしていきたいと思います」と、この先自分の特徴を出したいとした。 鹿島では今回のU-21日本代表にも選ばれているMF荒木遼太郎、そしてFW染野唯月と、高卒で入った同期が2人いる。その存在について松村は、「上手くいっている時も安心できないし、今回みたいにケガして落ちている時も負けちゃダメだと思わせてくれるので、良い時も悪い時も引き上げてくれたり、まだまだと思わせてくれるライバルがいるのは非常に大きなことだと思うので、そこは切磋琢磨してやっていきたいと思います」と、3人で高みを目指したいとした。 その中で目指すはA代表。高校の先輩では、大学からプロに入り、オリンピックで活躍して海外へ挑戦し、日本代表に上り詰めたセルティックのMF旗手怜央がいる。 そのイメージについては「ケガをしている期間に何回も折れそうになりましたけど、旗手選手がセルティックで活躍して日本代表にも選ばれています。個人的に目指している伊東純也選手も結果を出して活躍している。プレーを見て負けたくない、頑張りたいと思わせてくれたので、僕が目指すのはそういう選手です」と旗手に加え、タイプが似ている伊東純也もお手本だという。 旗手については「直接関わり合いがあるわけではないですが、静学の先輩が日本代表で活躍されるのは嬉しいことで、同じようにオリンピックを目指す立場で、同年代もA代表に入っている選手もいるので、次は僕の番かなと思います」と、同じような道を辿っていきたいと意気込みを語った。 伊東については「今まで憧れる選手や目標にする選手は決めていなかったですが、周りからも言われたということもありましたし、同じことがあるわけじゃないですが、スピードもあって、結果を残すというところでも目標にすべきだなと思いました」と、初めて手本にしようと思った選手だと明かした松村。「大学からJ2、J1に来て海外にいって、日本代表でも欠かせない選手だと思います。相当積み上げてきたものがある選手だと思いますし、そこは盗んでいけるところは盗んで、真似できるところは真似したいと思います」と、将来的に伊東のような活躍を見せたいと意気込んだ。 2022.03.20 14:43 Sun

「想像より結構激しめ」「あつすぎだろ」リスタートの鹿島、先制点呼び込んだ鈴木優磨が岩政大樹監督を押し倒す漢同士のアツい抱擁が話題

Jリーグが理念強化配分金とファン指標配分金の支給額を発表! 「DAZN」ベースのファン指標分配金の1位は浦和、最下位はYSCCに…連覇神戸は5.5億円

2025シーズンのホームグロウン制度、14クラブが不遵守も罰則なし…最多はFC東京の15名

鈴木優磨が“金髪”にする理由を告白

鹿島の樋口雄太が挙式!ウエディングドレス姿の妻やリングボーイの愛息らと幸せオーラ全開に
