セルティックがポルトガル人FWジョタ(23)の買取交渉をまとめたようだ。

ポルトガルの世代別代表歴を持つジョタは昨夏、ベンフィカから買取オプション付きのローンで加入。今年1月を含めた日本人補強も的中させて、リーグとカップ戦で2冠に輝いたセルティックのなかで、公式戦40試合に出場して13得点14アシストとインパクトを残した。

日本代表FW古橋亨梧とともに1年を通して攻撃陣の中心を担ったジョタを巡っては以前から630万ポンド(約10億3000万円)といわれる買取オプションを行使しようとする動きが噂され、動向から注目されたが、イギリス『スカイ・スポーツ』によると、その交渉が成立したという。
セルティックはどうやら先月のうちにベンフィカと転売時の移籍金30%を譲渡する条件も盛り込み、合意済みだったようで、あとはジョタと個人条件を詰めるのみという状況だった模様。そして、選手が休暇から戻るのを待ち、6月30日に4年契約で合意に達したとのことだ。

「知らなかったからビックリした」セルティック加入井手口陽介の上半身タトゥーに驚きの声

ルーニーが圧巻FK弾でOT沸かす! ユナイテッドvsセルティックのレジェンズマッチ開催
