試合中は頻繁にバトルを繰り広げ、ヴィッセル神戸の元スペイン代表MFアンドレス・イニエスタに対するファウルで警告も受けていたメルボルン・ビクトリーの元オーストラリア代表MFジェイソン・デビッドソンだが、試合後には互いの健闘を称え合ったようだ。15日、AFCチャンピオンズリーグ(ACL)2022プレーオフのヴィッセル神戸vsメルボルン・ビクトリーが神戸市御崎公園球技場で行われた。神戸は今シーズンの明治安田生命J1リーグで6試合未勝利という苦しい状況下、この一戦ではイニエスタやMFセルジ・サンペールらが先発出場。延長戦の末に4-3で神戸が勝利を収め、辛うじてACL本戦出場を決めた。
一発勝負に敗れたメルボルン・ビクトリーだったが、試合後のロッカールームに残したメッセージが称賛の声を集めるなど、互いの健闘を称え合うスポーツの素晴らしい側面が見られた。
また、先発出場したメルボルン・ビクトリーのデビッドソンは、試合後に交換したイニエスタのユニフォームを公開。「交換に応じてくれてありがとう!」のメッセージに魔法使いの絵文字を添えて投稿した。
CKからFWニック・ダゴスティーノの同点弾をお膳立てするなど、120分間フル稼働したウイングバック。この写真には「昨日は素晴らしい働きだった」、「おめでとう」などの声が寄せられた。
試合中はたびたびバトルを繰り広げ、試合後には健闘を称え合った両者。神戸と対戦するチームの選手から見ても、やはり元スペイン代表MFの存在は大きいようだ。

2011～2020年の世界ベストイレブンが発表!イニエスタとともに中盤に入ったのは相棒チャビではなく…

昨春までU-23オーストラリア代表…Aリーグ強豪で主軸の23歳ディークに中国代表入り打診が舞い込む 本人も前向きか
