ヴィッセル神戸は2日、ハンガリー代表MFバーリント・ヴェーチェイ(30)が完全移籍で加入することを発表した。
背番号は今夏退団したMFセルジ・サンペールがつけていた「6」に決定した。
ヴェーチェイは、母国ハンガリーのホンヴェードの下部組織で育ち、2012年にファーストチームに昇格。2015年8月にボローニャへと完全移籍すると、レッチェ、スイスのルガーノへのレンタル移籍を経験した。
2018年7月にルガーノに完全移籍。2020年1月からはフェレンツヴァーロシュに完全移籍し、母国でのプレーを再開。2023年夏に退団していた。
ボランチやトップ下などでプレーするヴェーチェイは、ハンガリー1部リーグでは通算160試合に出場し13ゴール12アシストを記録。ヨーロッパリーグ(EL)では21試合で2ゴール1アシストを記録している。
ヴェーチェイは神戸を通じてコメントしている。

来日5年‥家族も2人増えたイニエスタの妻が改めて心境を綴る「この冒険を一緒に生き続けることは光栄です!」
