ハンガリー代表にまさかのドロー…フランス代表にOBも喝「傲慢だった」

元フランス代表のウィリー・サニョル氏がハンガリー代表戦の結果に苦言を呈した。

フランス代表は19日、ユーロ2020グループF第2節でハンガリーと対戦。1点ビハインドの67分にFWアントワーヌ・グリーズマンのゴールで追いつくも、勝ち越しすことができず、1-1のドローに終わった。

2連勝での突破が大きく期待されていた中で、悔やまれるドローに終わったフランス。フランス代表のOBであり、現在はジョージア代表監督を務めるサニョル氏も、フランス『レキップ』で苦言を呈している。

「試合開始から、チームのメンタリティは非常に明確に見えており、とても傲慢だった。特にボールを持っていないときに、必要な努力をしなかった。また、それはディフェンスだけでなく、攻撃でも言えることだ。フランスは過信していた。ドイツ戦の勝利後、選手たちは報道陣の話を聞きすぎたのかもしれない」

「傲慢なのは、能力があれば相手と差がつくと思っているからだろう。しかし、現代のサッカーではそうはいかない」

「強度が足りなかった。そして、それは暑さのせいではないし、ドイツ戦を見た限りでは、フィジカルの問題でもなかった」

また、相手の強さによって、プレーのレベルを変えてしまっているという弱点を指摘した。

「フランスは強豪国との対戦に強いという印象を何年も前から持っている。強いチームとの対戦では、自分たちに合った戦術的な戦い方がある」
「しかし、ハンガリーに対してどのように攻撃的になればいいのかわからなくなってしまう。そのような状況に対処する方法を学ばなければならないし、今はちょっとしたことで緊張感がなくなる」

「鶏デカすぎ」「ケンタッキーとのコラボか?」フランス代表の新ユニフォームにはビッグサイズのロゴが採用「巨大すぎない?」
