オフサイドのルールを大幅変更? ヴェンゲル氏が提案した「体の一部」から「全部」に変更をIFABが検討か…誤審被害も大幅に減少か

FIFAが新オフサイドルールを来季3カ国で試験導入…大幅なオフサイド減少を予想

"ジダンの頭突き"銅像再設置へ 責任者「アートは好みの問題、目的は人々に力を与えること」
