徳島ヴォルティスに加入したブラジル人DFカカが、古巣であるクルゼイロを訴えた。ブラジル『グローボ』が報じた。
カカはクルゼイロにアカデミー時代から所属するセンターバック。身長187cmの高さとスピードが魅力で、2020シーズンはカンピオナート・ブラジレイロ・セリエAで22試合に出場して1ゴール1アシストをマークした。
そのカカは徳島へと移籍を果たしたが、6日に労働裁判所に対してクルゼイロの給与未払いと退団時に支払われる金額の一部を合計した60万レアル(約1172万円)を請求したとのことだ。
『グローボ』によると、カカはクルゼイロから2020年12月と2021年1月分の給与に加え、未払いとなっているFGTS(勤続年数補償基金)、さらにクラブが契約解除に合意しなかったことを訴えている。
一方で、クルゼイロはカカと合意し、約25万レアル(約488万円)を支払ったと主張しているが、カカはこれは以前の給与のものだとしている。
クラブとは友好的に契約を満了したと思われていたカカだが、クルゼイロ側への不満が溜まっており、SNS上で不満を明かしていた。
なお、公聴会は4月27日に予定されている。

超豪華! W杯でも共演したブラジルのレジェンド4人がスタンドに勢揃い、その後ろの人物にも注目集まる

Jリーグクラブが続々とエンブレムのデザインを刷新!2023年に新エンブレムを発表した5クラブ

C大阪でも活躍した徳島MF濱田武が現役生活に終止符「17年間楽しいプロ生活をおくることが出来て幸せでした」

愛媛戦で不適切なゲーフラ…徳島サポーターに入場禁止処分
徳島ヴォルティスは18日、観戦ルール違反を犯したサポーターへの処分を発表した。 クラブの発表によると、8日に行われた明治安田生命J2リーグ第31節の愛媛FCvs徳島ヴォルティスの試合で、試合中に徳島サポーターが相手サポーターを挑発する不適切なゲートフラッグを掲出していた。 これは、Jリーグ、またクラブで禁止されている行為に該当し、両クラブ・Jリーグを交え三者での協議の結果、該当のサポーターに対して、Jリーグの定める統一基準により、『2019年9月14日~2019年11月10日の徳島ヴォルティスのホームゲーム5試合の入場禁止、かつ入場禁止期間中のアウェイゲーム入場禁止』の処分が決定した。 なお、今回の行為者は団体登録を受理しているサポーター団体の登録者ではないとのことだ。 2019.09.18 21:30 Wed

徳島ヴォルティスは1日、サポーターの行為に対する処分を発表した。 問題が起きたのは11月27日に行われた明治安田生命J1リーグ第37節の湘南ベルマーレvs徳島ヴォルティスの一戦。この試合では、11月23日に急逝した湘南のMFオリベイラ(23)を追悼するセレモニーがピッチで行われたが、その際に不適切な発言が確認された。 この行動に対し徳島は11月29日に岸田一宏 代表取締役社長名義で謝罪文を掲載「特定された行為者に対しては、厳正な対応をおこないます」としていたが、その処分が発表された。 徳島は、当該行為を行ったサポーターに対して、事実確認と処分内容を通告。対象者は1名であり、無期限の入場禁止処分を下すとともに、Jリーグや日本サッカー協会、その他Jクラブが主管する全ての試合への入場が禁止されることとなった。なお、応援団体登録を受理しているサポーター団体の登録者ではなかったとのことだ。 徳島は、岸田社長名義で改めて謝罪するとともに、サポーターへのマナー遵守徹底を管理していくとした。 「本日、11月27日の明治安田生命J1リーグ第37節湘南ベルマーレ戦にて「Jリーグ新型コロナウイルス感染症対応ガイドライン」に抵触するとともに、あまりにも敬意を欠いた不適切な発言をおこなった行為者への処分をご報告いたしました」 「この事象によりご不快な思いや多大なるご迷惑をおかけした湘南ベルマーレのファン・サポーターの皆さま、株式会社湘南ベルマーレ様、関係者の皆さまをはじめ、湘南ベルマーレに関わる全ての皆さまに対してあらためて心より深くお詫び申し上げます。そして、Jリーグを応援いただいております全ての皆さま、全ての関係者の皆さまに心より謝罪を申し上げます」 「ファン・サポーターをはじめとする多くの皆さまは、コロナ禍で生じた様々な制限や我慢の中でも「新しい観戦様式」に基づいてルールやマナーを守った上で観戦をしていただいております。そのような中で発生した今回の行為は誠に遺憾でなりません。クラブとして、一部の心無きサポーターが引き起こした本事象は決して許すことのできない行為であると重く受け止め、無期限の入場禁止という厳正な対応をさせていただきました」 「徳島ヴォルティスではこの度の事象を厳粛に受け止め、観戦マナーや観戦ルール(ヤジ・暴言含む)、 Jリーグ禁止事項(ホーム・アウェイに関わらず)などを遵守いただけない方には厳格な対応で臨み、今後の再発防止に向けて管理・監視の徹底を図ってまいります。何卒、ご理解とご協力をいただきますよう、よろしくお願い申し上げます」 今回の件は、試合後、湘南のホーム最終ゲームということもあり試合後にセレモニーが実施。キャプテンのDF岡本拓也がオリベイラの死を悼むスピーチとともに、ファン・サポーターへの挨拶。その後、山口智監督が挨拶。静まり返ったスタジアムで言葉に詰まりながらもオリベイラに向けた言葉に耳が傾けられる中、徳島サポーターから「湘南ありがとう。湘南バイバーイ」という声が聞こえる、あり得ない事態が起きていた。 また、徳島サポーターは11月20日に行われたFC東京戦ではブーイングの行為を行い、2週続けてサポーターの問題行動が確認されていた。 <span class="paragraph-title">【動画】試合後のセレモニーで岡本拓也がオリベイラを追悼</span> <span data-other-div="movie"></span> <script>var video_id ="SwYesnVEtco";var video_start = 383;</script><div style="text-align:center;"><div id="player"></div></div><script src="https://web.ultra-soccer.jp/js/youtube_autoplay.js"></script> 2021.12.01 09:48 Wed
