ヤヌザイは2日に行われたラ・リーガ第33節のエスパニョール戦に先発出場したが、43分に右サイドへダイレクトパスを展開した際に相手選手との接触がない中、右足を痛めてピッチに倒れ込むと、そのままピッチを後にしていた。
ソシエダの発表によれば、ヤヌザイは右大腿部にグレード2の損傷が見つかったとのこと。当面は理学療法で経過を観察していくことになるという。そのため、現時点で復帰時期は不透明な状況だ
今季7ゴール4アシストと好調を維持していたヤヌザイは、自身のツイッター(@adnanjanuzaj)で以下のようにコメントしている。

世界各国のクラブやリーグが鳥山明さんを追悼…兄弟選手がフュージョン、メンバーリストが『ドラゴンボール』仕様になるなど愛で溢れる

「マジで来てるのか!」「一目でもいいから会いたい」ダビド・シルバが来日しファン騒然、東京と大阪を楽しむ姿に久保建英も反応「気に入ってもらえるといいな」
