レジェンド・小笠原満男が経験を伝授…鹿島のアカデミー・アドバイザーに就任「すべてを注いでいきます」

鹿島アントラーズは8日、2018シーズン限りで現役を引退したMF小笠原満男(39)が、アカデミー・アドバイザーに就任することを発表した。

小笠原が就任するアカデミー・アドバイザーとは、スクールからユースまで育成部門の全カテゴリーに対し、これまでのプロ経験を生かして実技や指導等のサポートを行うポジションとのこと。鹿島で培った経験を、将来の鹿島を支える選手たちに伝授する役割となる。

小笠原は、現役引退時の会見でも「チームのために貢献したい」と語っており、晴れて後進の育成に力を貸すこととなった。小笠原はクラブを通じてコメントしている。

「鹿島アントラーズがさらに強くなるため、現役を引退した自分に何ができるのか、クラブとも話し合いを重ね、育成部門にアドバイザーという形で携わることになりました」

「これまで、プロサッカー選手として約20年間の経験を、トップチームの選手たちには伝えてきたつもりで、これからは育成年代の選手たちに自分が培ったものを還元していこうと思います」

「アカデミー出身の選手が一人でも多くトップチームに昇格し、アントラーズの中心、日本の中心として活躍できるよう、自分の力のすべてを注いでいきます」

小笠原は、大船渡高校から1998年に鹿島へ入団。2006年にはセリエAのメッシーナへと移籍を経験するも、国内では鹿島一筋でプレーしてきた。

鈴木優磨が“金髪”にする理由を告白

「イメージしながら練習していた」イラン戦で値千金の同点ミドルを決めた小倉幸成、鹿島ユース時代の小笠原満男氏の指導も生かす「キックはたくさん教わった」

J1優勝7回、鹿島一筋23年のGK曽ヶ端準が現役引退「すべてが財産」

「最初が鹿島アントラーズで良かった」鹿島で始めたプロキャリアの幕を閉じる興梠慎三、18歳時の決断振り返る「本当に良い選択をした」

Jリーグが理念強化配分金とファン指標配分金の支給額を発表! 「DAZN」ベースのファン指標分配金の1位は浦和、最下位はYSCCに…連覇神戸は5.5億円
