▽バーンリーは6日、アイルランド代表MFロビー・ブレイディーが左ヒザの手術を受けることになったと発表した。
▽ブレイディーは2日、プレミアリーグ第15節のレスター・シティ戦(0-1で敗戦)に先発出場した際に、相手選手との交錯で左ヒザを負傷。自力歩行が不可能となった同選手はストレッチャーに乗せられてピッチを後にしていた。
▽その後、専門医の診察を受けたところ、左ヒザ膝蓋腱に深刻な損傷があることが判明し、同箇所の裂傷を修復する手術を受けることになった。なお、バーンリーはブレイディーの離脱期間に関して、“相当な時間”を要すると発表しており、数カ月の離脱を強いられる見込みだ。
▽今年1月にノリッジからクラブレコードの移籍金で加入したブレイディーは、卓越した左足のキックを武器にここまでリーグ戦15試合に出場し、1ゴール2アシストを記録。また、同選手は11月のプレミアリーグ月間最優秀選手賞候補にノミネートされていた。

ロナウジーニョ息子が英2部バーンリーへ加入…昨季はバルサのU-19チームでプレー

バーンリー、ミランが買取見送りのブランクスへ1stオファー
