日本代表の選手たちが披露した折り紙の技術が話題となっている。カタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)ではベスト16の成績を残した日本。新しい景色であるベスト8以上の成績を残すことはできなかったが、ドイツ代表、スペイン代表と世界の強豪相手に逆転勝利を収め、世界を驚かせた。
その日本代表、W杯で着用したユニフォームのコンセプトは「ORIGAMI」ということで、選手たちがW杯前に折り紙にチャレンジしていた。
カタールW杯の公式SNSがその様子をアップ。日本代表選手たちの折り紙の技術を公開したが、意外な事実も判明した。

日本人7名所属も残留争い真っ只中のシント=トロイデン、クラブOBのヴランケン氏を監督に招へい…1月までヘントを指揮
シント=トロイデンは16日、新指揮官にワウター・ヴランケン氏(46)が就任することを発表した。 ヴランケン氏はベルギー出身の指揮官で、現役時代はシント=トロイデン、ヘント、ヘンク、メヘレン、コルトレイクと国内でプレーをした。 引退後は指導者となり、ロンメルやメヘレン、ヘンク、ヘントと自身が所属したクラブでも指揮を執ると、2025年1月にヘントの監督を解任されていた。ヘントでは渡辺剛、伊藤敦樹など日本人も指導しており、シント=トロイデンでも再び日本人を指導することとなる。 シント=トロイデンは、10日にフェリス・マズー監督(59)を解任。今シーズンはGK小久保玲央ブライアン、DF谷口彰悟、DF小川諒也、MF山本理仁、MF藤田譲瑠チマ、MF伊藤涼太郎、FW小森飛絢と日本人が7名所属している中、チームは残留を争うプレーオフに巻き込まれている。 ヴランケン監督はクラブを通じてコメントしている。 「STVVの監督に就任することは、私にとって『帰ってきた』という感覚です。ここ数日、多くのサポーターや地域の方々から温かいメッセージをいただきました。ハスペンハウ地方の人々やファンの皆様に誇りを持ってもらえるよう、毎日全力を尽くしていきたいです」 2025.04.16 20:30 Wed

【現地対談】日本代表、ブラジルに歴史的逆転勝利!北健一郎×難波拓未が語る「SAMURAI BLUEが掴んだ3-2の真実」
10月14日、東京スタジアムで行われたキリンチャレンジカップ。 日本代表がブラジル代表を相手に、0-2から驚異の逆転劇を演じた。 14試合目にして初の対ブラジル勝利――。 世界が驚き、日本中が沸いた夜を、現地で取材した北健一郎と難波拓未が振り返る。 ■歴史的勝利の価値 北:“サッカー王国”ブラジルを相手に0-2から逆転勝ちするなんて、誰が想像できたでしょうか。 難波:本当に信じられない展開でした! ブラジルは世界のトップオブトップ。前半は完全に押し込まれ、0-2になった時点で「ここからひっくり返すのは難しい」と感じた人が多かったと思います。 北:それでも、選手たちはあきらめませんでした。劣勢の状況から立て直して3点を奪った。あの集中力とメンタルの強さは、まさに今の日本代表の進化を象徴しています。 難波:そうですね。これまで日本はヨーロッパの強豪には結果を出してきましたが、ブラジルに勝ち切るのは別次元の難しさがあります。相手の格やプライドを超えて勝ち切ったという意味で、この一戦は特別でした。 北:日本はいつもの3バックで入りました。GKは鈴木彩艶、3バックに渡辺剛、谷口彰悟、鈴木淳之介。ボランチが佐野海舟と鎌田大地、シャドーに久保建英と南野拓実、ウイングバックに堂安律と堂安律。1トップが上田綺世でした。 難波:パラグアイ戦からの流れを踏まえて、守備面の安定と攻撃の連動性を両立させる狙いがありましたね。ただ、序盤はブラジルのパス回しや前線の圧力を前に、押し込まれる場面が多い展開でした。久保選手が試合後に明かしていたのですが、前半は自陣でブロックを組んで守る狙いがあったようです。両ウイングバックも最終ラインに下がり、完全に[5-4-1]でした。最初はブラジルのパス回しをブロックの外回しにすることができていましたが、特にFWガブリエウ・マルティネッリやFWヴィニシウス・ジュニオールのスピードを生かした裏抜けや縦横無尽のローテーションに手を焼いていました。 北:それでも大崩れせず、後半にしっかりと修正してみせたのは見事でした。前半で2失点しながらも、選手たちはピッチ内で問題点を共有し、後半に向けて明確な変化を加えましたね。 ■ 大逆転を導いた、後半の修正と3ゴールの連鎖 北:後半に入って日本は明らかにギアを上げましたね。52分の南野のゴールで一気に流れが変わりました。 難波:そうですね。あの場面は前線のプレスがハマってボールを奪い切ったところから始まりました。堂安と鎌田のプレスで相手にバックパスを選択させ、それに連動した上田と南野が相手センターバックに襲いかかりました。その圧力でDFファブリシオ・ブルーノのミスを誘発し、相手ボックス内でパスカットした南野が右足で思い切り叩き込んだ。あの一発でチームが完全に息を吹き返しました。 北:ブラジルの守備が一瞬、止まった。あのゴールでスタジアムの空気もガラッと変わりました。 難波:南野は本当に「ここぞ」という場面で結果を出してくれますよね。前半から走り続けて、ゴールの瞬間もあきらめない動きが出ていました。腕章を巻きながらのプレーでしたけど、勝負強さは流石の一言です。 北:その10分後、62分の中村敬斗の同点弾も素晴らしかった。堂安のスルーパスに右サイドから抜け出した伊東がクロスを上げ、ファーサイドに走り込んだ中村がボレーで流し込みましたね。 難波:あのフィニッシュは本当に落ち着いていました。中村は走りながらだったので身体が流れてしまうなどしてシュートを枠に飛ばすことが難しかったと思います。しかし、インサイドでうまく面を作り、身体を開いてファーサイドに飛ばすことだけに集中していました。やはり決定力の高い選手ですよね。スタッド・ランスで共闘していたコンビで奪った同点ゴールでもあったことも、胸熱なシーンでした。 北:そして71分、上田綺世の逆転弾。伊東のCKに合わせたヘディングシュートは圧巻でした。入るタイミングも完璧だったし、相手GKの手を弾き飛ばすほどの力強いヘディングでした。3点とも全く違う形で、日本の攻撃バリエーションが広がった試合でした。 難波:誰か一人の閃きではなく、チーム全体で崩しきった3ゴール。今の日本代表の成熟度が示されたものでした。 北:それにしても54分から出場した伊東は2アシストを記録し、完全に流れを引き寄せました。縦に抜けるスピードと高いキック精度は、ゲームチェンジャーとして抜群でしたね。 ■ DF陣の底上げ・鈴木彩艶の成長・堂安律の献身性 北:守備面では、鈴木淳之介のプレーが印象的でした。ブラジル相手でも怯まず、1対1で堂々と戦っていました。 難波:判断が本当に冷静でしたね。相手の矢印を読みながら、無理に前に出ない。必要な場面では体を投げ出して止める。テクニックにもスピードにも優れる世界屈指のドリブラーを相手に、若手とは思えない安定感でした。 北:谷口彰悟もリーダーとしてラインをまとめ、渡辺剛もカバーリングで貢献。鈴木彩艶も2失点しても崩れず、後半はビッグセーブでチームを救いました。 難波:あの落ち着きは特筆ものです。80メートル級のキックで一気に局面を変える場面もありましたし、逆転ゴールが生まれたCKの起点にもなりました。クロス対応も安定していて、ブラジルのサイド攻撃を完全にシャットアウトしていました。最後まで冷静にゲームを締めたのは、まさに“世界基準のGK”の仕事でしたね。 北:堂安律も攻守にわたって圧巻でした。守備では相手のウイングを封じ、攻撃では右サイドでリズムを作る。10番を背負う選手があれだけハードワークするのは、チームに良い影響を与えています。 難波:そうですね。体を張ってボールを奪い返す姿勢はチーム全体を鼓舞していました。献身性と技術を兼ね備えた“現代の10番”像を体現していました。 ■ 遠藤航のクローザー起用も選択肢に!? 北:この試合では佐野海舟と鎌田大地がボランチで先発しました。佐野はパラグアイ戦に続いて安定感が光っていましたね。 難波:そうですね。パラグアイ戦ではボール奪取で目立ちましたが、この試合では“チームを支える”プレーが際立ちました。スライドの速さ、カバーのタイミング、味方を助ける位置取り。どれも正確でした。鎌田も中盤でのボール保持時の落ち着きと要所を締める守備が抜群でした。 北:終盤は田中碧が投入され、試合を締めましたね。守備の強度を維持しながら、ボールの落ち着きどころを作っていました。 北:遠藤航はこの試合では出場しませんでしたが、彼の存在感は依然として大きい。ワールドカップ本大会でもクラブチーム同様に“クローザー”として終盤の試合運びを任される選択肢も出てきたように感じました。 難波:確かに。佐野が先発でエネルギーを出し切り、終盤に遠藤が入って締める形。リヴァプールでの経験を生かしながら、チームの強度を保つ。そのローテーションは理想的かもしれません。ボランチの競争が激化することは、日本代表全体の底上げにもつながりますね。 ■ 日本サッカーの未来に繋がる試合 難波:この勝利は、単に結果としての「ブラジルに勝った」ということ以上に、日本サッカー全体にとって大きな意味を持つ試合でしたね。 北:本当にそう思います。しかも今回は地上波で放送され、多くの子どもたちがこの試合をリアルタイムで見た。あの逆転劇をテレビ越しに見た小学生や中学生が、「自分も日本代表になりたい」と思ったかもしれない。それこそが、この勝利の一番の価値だと思います。 難波:最近は代表戦もDAZNやU-NEXTなど、配信中心になっていますからね。もちろん利便性は高いけれど、誰もが自然に“代表戦をテレビで見る”という機会が減っている。そんな中で、あの試合が地上波で全国に流れたのは本当に大きいです。 北:家族でリビングに集まって日本代表を応援する。かつて当たり前だったその光景が、この夜に久しぶりに戻ってきた気がします。ブラジルに勝った瞬間の歓声は、スタジアムだけじゃなく、全国の家庭でも響いていたでしょう。 難波:そして、そこからまた次の世代が育っていく。子どもたちが憧れ、夢を見る対象が“リアルタイムで存在した”ということが、長い目で見れば日本サッカーの財産になりますよね。 北:まさにそうです。この試合は単なる勝利ではなく、サッカー文化の“継承”を再び動かした夜だったと思います。あの光景を見た少年少女の中から、10年後の日本代表が生まれてくる。そう考えると、3-2というスコア以上に価値のある90分でした。 構成・執筆:北健一郎/難波拓未(超WORLDサッカー!) 2025.10.16 21:00 Thu

「まさに死闘ってカンジ」歴史に残るバーレーンとの4-3の激闘!2004年大会プレイバックに反響「このゴールで中澤佑二に惚れた」

「W杯の時と同じだ」侍ジャパンのゴミ1つないベンチ、アメリカの記者がサッカー日本代表と重ねて絶賛!「感銘を受けた」「尊敬する」
