9日、カタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)の準々決勝、クロアチア代表vsブラジル代表がエデュケーションスタジアムで行われる。

ヨーロッパの主要リーグに在籍する選手を多数擁する両チーム。レアル・マドリーからはクロアチアのルカ・モドリッチ、ブラジルのエデル・ミリトン、ヴィニシウス・ジュニオール、ロドリゴ・ゴエスが選出されている。

その中でロドリゴ(21)がラウンド16後にモドリッチ(37)へメッセージ。「W杯で会いましょう、パパ!」と、マドリーで自身がモドリッチに祝福されている写真を、、ハートの絵文字付きで投稿した。

代表の命運を懸けての一戦を前に「世界一ほっこりする宣戦布告」をしたロドリゴ。ファンからは「明日はパパと息子が対戦。とてもエキサイティング」、「とてもかわいい」、「親子対決になるのかあ、切ないなあ」との声が上がり、モドリッチ自身もハートで返信をした。

「ショック」「史上最悪」クロアチア代表のW杯ユニ、伝統の市松模様が不均衡なホームは酷評の嵐…アウェイには好意的意見
