イングランド代表の家族にFAがカタールの状況を説明…服装や振る舞いなど問題を起こさない予防措置

マグワイア弾でポーランドを下したイングランドが3連勝!《カタールW杯欧州予選》
カタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)欧州予選グループI第3節のイングランド代表vsポーランド代表が3月31日に行われ、2-1でイングランドが勝利した。 3日前に行われたアルバニア代表戦を快勝したグループ首位のイングランドは、その試合からショーに代えてチルウェルが左サイドバックで先発した以外は同じ先発メンバーを採用した。 一方、前節のアンドラ代表戦で予選初勝利を飾ったポーランドは、その試合から先発を4人変更。負傷が発表されたレヴァンドフスキや新型コロナウイルスの感染が報告されたピョンツコフスキらに代えて、元日本代表MF香川真司の同僚FWスウィデルスキやベドナレクらが先発で起用された。 3トップにフォーデン、ケイン、スターリングを並べた[4-3-3]で試合に入ったイングランドは、立ち上がりからボールを握るも自陣で集中した守りを見せるポーランド守備陣を前になかなかシュートまで持ち込むことができない。 それでもイングランドは、19分にドリブルで仕掛けたスターリングがボックス左深くでヒリックに倒されてPKを獲得。このPKをケインがド真ん中に突き刺し、先制に成功した。 先制点で攻勢を強めるイングランドは、31分にマウントのパスをボックス左手前でフォーデンが落とすと、最後はペナルティアーク左まで切り込んだケインがシュートを放ったが、これは相手GKのセーブに阻まれた。 迎えた後半、1点を追うポーランドはスウィデルスキを下げてミリクを投入。さらに55分にはヒリックを下げてジョジアクをピッチに送り出す。すると58分、相手ボックス手前でモダーがチルウェルにハイプレスをかけると、ロストボールを拾ったミリクのラストパスをボックス左で受けたモダーがシュート。これがゴール右に突き刺さった。 追いつかれたイングランドは69分、カウンターからマウントのパスで右サイドを抜け出したフォーデンがボックス右からシュートを放ったが、やや甘いコースのシュートは相手GKのセーブに防がれた。 その後も膠着状態が続く中、イングランドがセットプレーから勝ち越しに成功する。85分、フォーデンの左CKをゴールエリア右のストーンズが頭でマイナスに折り返すと、ボックス中央のマグワイアが豪快なハーフボレーをゴールに叩き込んだ。 結局、これが決勝点となりポーランドを下したイングランドが予選3連勝を飾っている。 2021.04.01 05:55 Thu
