フランスサッカー連盟(FFF)は4日、フランス代表DFラファエル・ヴァランの負傷離脱を発表した。
今季から加入したユナイテッドでもケガに苦しんだヴァラン。3日にサンドニで行われたUEFAネーションズリーグ(UNL)のデンマーク代表戦に先発したが、左ハムストリングを負傷して61分に交代を余儀なくされ、翌日の検査で残りの試合に出られないことがわかった。
なお、この6月の初戦を消化したフランスは今後、あと3試合のUNLを予定。クロアチア代表とのアウェイ戦が6日に迫り、ヴァランの代役として初のA代表入りとなるリバプールのDFイブラヒマ・コナテが呼ばれている。

「鶏デカすぎ」「ケンタッキーとのコラボか?」フランス代表の新ユニフォームにはビッグサイズのロゴが採用「巨大すぎない?」
