日テレ・ベレーザの10番MF木下桃香が21歳で現役引退を決断…2年連続WEリーグベスト11の実力者「サッカーから離れ、自分と向き合う時間をつくりたい」

SOMPO WEリーグのキックオフカンファレンス開催! 12クラブの選手が集結、「みんなが主人公になるためにプレーする」

WEリーグ開幕戦で再戦!02年生まれの2人、東京NB・山本柚月とAC長野・伊藤めぐみ「結果でチームに貢献を」「組織力で勝れるように」

6日、「2023-24 WEリーグキックオフカンファレンス」が東京都内で開催され、AFC Women's Club Championship 2023 – Invitational Tournament(AWCC)に出場する三菱重工浦和レッズレディースを除いた11クラブの各選手が登壇した。 日本初の女子プロサッカーリーグであるWEリーグは、11月11日に3シーズン目の開幕を迎える。 カンファレンスでは開幕戦のカードごとに選手紹介やメディア対応が行われ、12日に行われる日テレ・東京ヴェルディベレーザvsAC長野パルセイロ・レディースにおいては、東京NBからFW山本柚月、AC長野からはMF伊藤めぐみと、2002年生まれの2人が登場した。 今季のWEリーグカップ開幕節でも、同じく味の素フィールド西が丘で両チームは激突。カップ戦では東京NBが2-1で勝利を収めていた。 この試合で得点を挙げていたのは伊藤。縁のある相手にリーグ戦での得点はと問われると、「開幕戦ということもあるので、チームを勢いづけられるように積極的にゴールを狙っていけたらいいなと思います」と応じた。 廣瀬龍新監督によって選手1人1人のプロ意識向上を諭されたAC長野を、伊藤は「カップ戦で出た課題を修正して、ワンステージ上がったチームを作り上げられていると思う」と評する。 今季からはキャプテンも務める背番号「18」は、「組織力で勝れるように」と開幕戦への意気込みを語った。 「男子のトップチームを応援してくれているファン・サポーターのみなさんが、レディースにも応援に来てもらえるように、ピッチ上では自分たちの100%の力を出すのはもちろん、ピッチ外でも自分たちが足を運んで告知もできたら入場者数も増えると思うので、そういうところにも力を入れていきたいなと思います」 「ベレーザさんは試合に出ている11人の個の力がすごくレベルが高くて、毎回毎回苦しめられてはいるんですけれど、私たちの強みである組織力で勝れるように頑張りたいなと思います」 一方、東京NBのスコアラーだった植木理子は、ウェストハムへと電撃移籍。新たな得点源を模索するチームにとって、第19回アジア競技大会でも目を惹いた山本のドリブルは需要な役割を担うだろう。 気鋭のアタッカーは「昨シーズンから抜けた選手は多いですけれど、(その選手らが)抜けたからって言われないように、自分自身がもっと点に絡むようなプレーができたら」と、比較されぬよう、結果で応えたいと口にした。 「前線の選手として結果にこだわることは、今シーズン、より求められることですし、自分自身も結果でチームに貢献したいです」 「長野はしっかり走って攻守ともにハードワークをしてくるので、自分たちがきちんとボールを握り、ボールを動かすだけではなくて、相手の嫌なところを突いていけたらと思っています」 「チームのスローガンとして『魅せろ!Brilliant(ブリリアント)』があるので、ベレーザらしい1つ1つのプレーにもこだわっていけたらいいなと思います」 2023.11.06 23:01 Mon

東京NB退団のDF木﨑あおいがマレーシアに挑戦! 浦和の下部組織出身で、EL埼玉、S広島Rでもプレー
