代表監督の娘と選手が交際!槙野と本田の解説でも話題になった異例のカップル

カタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)のグループステージで日本代表と同居したスペイン代表。日本戦で途中出場したFWフェラン・トーレスは、当時のスペイン代表指揮官ルイス・エンリケ監督の娘であるシラ・マルティネスさんと交際している。大会を放送していた「ABEMA」で視聴していた方は、解説とピッチリポートを務めた本田圭佑と槙野智章のやり取りを覚えている方も多いのではないだろうか。槙野がF・トーレスとシラさんの交際を小ネタとして紹介したのだが、緊迫した試合展開だったこともあり、本田が「日本が勝ってる時にちょっと冗談やめてもらっていいかな」と注意していたのだ。

思わぬ注目を集めたF・トーレスだが、交際は事実。大会中にもシラさんのインスタグラムで一緒にカタールの遊園地で遊ぶ仲睦まじい姿も投稿していた。
22歳のシラさんは、馬術競技の選手として活動。バルセロナロイヤルポロクラブという名門に所属しており、スペインのチャンピオンにも輝いたことがある才女だ。

そんなシラさんに向け、F・トーレスはカタールW杯でもゴールを決めると、シラさんのイニシャルである「S」を両手で作るゴールパフォーマンスを敢行していた。
その後、ルイス・エンリケ監督は「もしフェランがゴールを決め、指をくわえるジェスチャー(子供の誕生を祝うゴールセレブレーション)を見せたら、私は即座にベンチへ座らせる。そして、ニ度とサッカーのピッチに立つことはないだろうね!」と冗談を言い放ち、ファンを笑わせるという一幕もあった。

だが、ルイス・エンリケ監督はカタールW杯をベスト16で敗退した後にスペインの監督を退任することが発表。残念ながらF・トーレスとの絡みはしばらく見られなくなりそうだ。

21世紀の出場試合数ランキング発表! 首位は1145試合のC・ロナウド、トップ10に日本人選手がランクイン

スペイン代表及びサッカー連盟のエンブレムデザインが変更!「エレガンスでシンプルでありながら、パワフル」

「まだ泣くの早いって」と本田圭佑にツッコまれた日本代表サポーター、元Jリーガーの親友だった「親友が世界的にバズってて最高」

「彼が騙していた」人気インフルエンサーの元彼女がスペイン期待の21歳FWの不貞行為を暴露「彼との将来が見えなかった」
